  Dally was an amazing person to take us through the city and let us discover the rich culture of Tunis. The best person for this experience and was very pleasant. First of all he took us to the Bardo museum and Carthage. Bardo had so many amazing mosaics we had not expected and an immersive palace. Then he took us to the Santorini of Tunis where he let us go shopping for bargains. And we also saw the Roman villas where the carthegian emperor lived during Roman times and best of all we got to do all of this on our own time. He never rushed us and never said we have to be back at XYZ by time t. We could go at our own pace without any stress. And we also appreciated how the tour company kept in touch with us on Whatsapp before during and after the trip, especially a few days before the trip and even to check if we had landed safely, it made us feel like it was a reliable tour and that we would know a tour guide would be waiting for us in our hotel lobby like we expected on the day of the tour. Dally was so professional and even arrived. 15 minutes before our tour was supposed to start. However, the four out of five stars and not the fifth star is because we had booked this tour over the others offered on TripAdvisor especially because it said the entrance to the Roman ruins and Carthage were included, but we ended up having to pay the ticket by ourselves.

  Our experience with Chachia Tours & Transfers was simply outstanding from start to finish. It all began with a stressful situation our original agency in Tunisia completely stopped responding just two hours before our airport transfer. We were left waiting and worried, trying to reach them with no success. Then, by chance, we noticed someone at the airport holding a Chachia Tours sign. We approached him, and within minutes, he contacted the agency and arranged a car for us. That moment alone saved our trip. From there, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a full-day tour of Tunis, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said, and it was absolutely amazing. The entire experience was smooth, well-organized, and full of pleasant surprises from the very first WhatsApp communication to the end of the tour. The small gifts they offered added such a thoughtful and personal touch to our family trip, making it even more memorable. What truly stood out was their constant follow-up and attention to detail. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was going perfectly, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and trust. The level of professionalism and customer care is truly exceptional. Because of how satisfied we were, we ended up booking several more experiences with them: Hammamet guided tour, a 2-day Sahara trip, Cap Bon, and Kairouan & El Jem. Not only were all these experiences incredible, but they also offered us a very fair discount, making the overall value unbeatable. Honestly, I felt like I got a premium experience at a very reasonable price. If you’re looking to create unforgettable memories and enjoy a complete, stress-free travel experience in Tunisia, I highly recommend Chachia Tours & Transfers without hesitation.   Before this experience, I had already travelled with another agency and I had not been completely satisfied. But with them, everything was perfect. From the beginning to the end, it felt like a VIP trip, with many advantages for a very reasonable price. I had booked during the promotion period and didn’t know exactly what to expect, but they impressed us with their professionalism from our first message. The answers were quick and always relevant. Everything was perfectly organized and clear in my voucher.😎😎 Our guide was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us interesting and exciting information, not only about history, but about Tunisia through her own eyes, which made the visit very lively and authentic. The driver was also very professional, courteous and well behaved. Everything we asked was taken into account immediately.🥰🥰😘 And to end the day in style, they have a nice surprise for us, but I will not reveal which one 🤩 I highly recommend this agency to all those who want to discover Tunisia in a comfortable, professional and memorable way!
