Following complimentary coffee and pastries at the Cellarium, the 14th century medieval under croft, we enter the Westminster Abbey through the cloister. The cloister entrance offers priority access. This will be followed by an exclusive tour with our professional qualified guide.

You will hear about the most recent coronation of Charles III that took place on the 6th May, 2023, the marriage of William and Kate – the Prince and Princess of Wales, and also stop briefly to pay our respect and celebrate the life of the late Queen Elizabeth II whose state funeral also took place at the Abbey.

After the tour, why not join us for a flight on the London Eye? (if option selected). Our representative will take you on a short walk passing the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben before helping you avoid the queues with your fast track ticket. Standing at an amazing 135 meters, the London Eye is the world’s highest observation wheel and offers magnificent panoramic views of London.

Refreshments served before the tour (Approx. 20 - 30 mins) followed by Westminster Abbey tour (up to 90 mins). For those who selected the London Eye option there is a short walk (10-15 mins) to the Eye where you enjoy a 30 minute ride.

The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Gluten-free/Vegan pastries not available at The Cellarium. Plant-based milk is available.

Our guide will help bring to life this remarkable building where 40 English and British coronations have taken place since 1066. Our first experience of Westminster Abbey, one of the jewels in London’s crown and a must see for any visitor, is in the 14th century medieval under croft. Originally used by the Benedictine monks to store food and drink - the Cellarium is now a unique restaurant, and we pause here for refreshments. (Refreshments included in the price)

We had a wonderful time on our tour. It was so nice to start with tea and croissants with our tour group, and get into the Abbey right away without waiting. Our tour guide, Zozo, was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and could answer any question thrown his way. He made sure we saw all the best parts of the Abbey, navigated us through the crowds very efficiently, and was completely charming and engaging. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the tour. You start with tea and croissants in the conservatory. We had a very knowledgeable tour director. Nice slow pace with lots of time to take in the amazing details of the Abbey. Arrive early and spend time in the gift dhop

This tour guide was so personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every minute of the tour. I have been visiting from Lo Angeles since October 16, and this is the most memorable excursion I have been on. I can’t recommend this guide enough. He is a true asset to your organization.

Frank, our guide, is very knowledgeable and did a great job. The coffee/tea service before we began the experience was pleasant. Very easy to identify our group when arriving. Pay the extra for the priority tour instead of being one of the many walking zombies with the head sets.

First , there is no audio device to hear the guide. It is VERY crowded and if any hearing issues it’s difficult to understand. The guide himself was good and easy to understand if you are close and your hearing is good. Second, I purchased with The Eye option. The eye ticket didn’t “ appear” from Viator. I contacted “ customer service” and was advised to notify the operator when we joined the tour. I did and was told they have no record of the eye ticket. So, I would not say this was worth the $240 I was charged.

Unfortunately, we were stuck in traffic and didn’t make it in time for tour. Had to buy an additional ticket to go in on our own.

John was a great guide. After seeing how busy the Abby was I would not suggest going in without a tour. Seeing the features and the tombs are amazing, but hearing the expanded stories was the best part.

Great tour. Our guide ( French accent, forgot her name), very informative and attentive. Too many people everywhere, but the Audio we were given was great help. To see where all the important people were buried and all important events are happening was great experience to visit. I highly recommend this tour.
