On Prishtina International Airport pickup, passengers are greeted by the driver with a Meet & Greet digital sign. Passenger luggage is operated by the driver and safely put into the trunk. Once the passengers are on board, the ride starts with the driver having the exact drop-off location and will take you there safely and securely. On drop-off, the driver will assist you with the luggage and settle the account with the company. On hotel pickup, similar to above, the driver notifies the reception for pickup and will be waiting until you are onboard.

Excellent and very professional taxi service. Driver was waiting at the sirport with a sign. He was friendly and helpful. I was very grateful that he stayed to help me into my hotel (I hadn‘t recieved the door code to the door). He was incrediblely kind, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this service!!

Nobody was waiting at the airport. I called 10 times to the number of the service, nobody answered. One hour later, they called me saying that the taxi arrived. I complained because I waited one hour, and he was rude with me because I was complaining. I don’t recommend this service
