Please note that if you are vegan, vegetarian, or have gluten sensitivities, food options may be limited in certain areas, such as the Sahara Desert, where availability can be challenging. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee it. You are welcome to bring your own snacks if you need to avoid certain foods.

Travelers with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, heart disease) should consult with their doctor before traveling. Bring enough medication for the duration of the tour, including any prescriptions, and ensure it’s in the original packaging.

Even if there is no need for full vaccination to enter Morocco, it is wiser to be up-to-date with routine vaccines, including measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, varicella, polio, and the flu shot.

Morocco can have high temperatures, especially in the summer months. Travelers should wear sunscreen (SPF 30+), hats, sunglasses, and light, breathable clothing. Stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent heat exhaustion or heatstroke.

Travel insurance is recommended, including medical coverage. In case of illness or injury, coverage for hospital care, medical evacuation, and repatriation are essential.

    I visited Morocco with Chasa Tours in January 2024 and it was nothing less than incredible! Having a guide with local knowledge was comforting. And all that Said Lakiz planned for our group!... We toured historic mosques and medinas, experienced a Hammam, walked Roman ruins, had a very special, traditional homemade dinner with Said's family, saw the stunning Atlas mountain range, raced ATVs through the Sahara Desert and got to work alongside a chef for a true Moroccan cooking class. It was an experience of a lifetime and I am forever grateful to Said for sharing his beautiful country with me. I highly recommend traveling with Chasa Tours!
