Kigali Genocide Memorial

Here you get to experince the 1994 Rwandas Hutu genocide againt the tutsi, the museum offer both visual, audio and writen litrature about this inhuman act, massive graves of those who lost thei lives, you will see many people coming to place flowers on the graves and reflesh their minds.

This is a border post between rwanda and Uganda, we will stop here for visas checking and verification, time to use a toilet and fleshen up, from here will need some 3 hours to arrive at bwindi, the journey goes through a very beautiful country side, with great chances of taking lots of pictures

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will report to the Park Headquarters for a briefing about the Dos and the Don’ts during your Gorilla Tracking safari. Your guides will lead you through the thick creepers and undergrowth as you trek to find the Gorillas. This trek can take you half an hour to three quarters of the day. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The amount of time you take during the trek largely depends on the movement of the gorillas. But it is an extraordinary feeling being with these beautiful yet endangered Creatures. Also as you trek, you are likely to spot other primates, birds and rare tree species. After finding the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them before trekking back to the Park headquarter where you will be awarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking

Bugambira

we will have a very good time exploring the batwa village of rushaga , learning about how the batwa are surving now after being displaced from the forest three decades ago, see through their culture in form of local folklore , then return to to lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation

Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

After an early morning breakfast, we will drive to Mgahinga National Park for briefing and then go for your golden monkey trekking. This golden monkey walk will expose you to other attractions like stunning views of the western escapement , dikers, bushbacks, some times forest buffalos and various birds, after the trekk trasnfer to lake bunyinyi for eveening relaxation and overnight stay

Mabamba Swamp Shoebill Watching Entebbe

we will go a boat trip on ugandas deepest lake , explore the varuious hosotical islands like the upside down island, sharps island, leprosy island and the punisment island among others, while on the lake you expect to see some otters and hundreds of bird species, we will also have a short walk on sharps island before return to the lodge for luch, check out and transfer back to kigali.
