We will explore the center of the island focusing in some areas that deserve some love and attention.
As so Câmara de Lobos, the astonishing Cabo Girão Skywalk, the vineyards along the roads and the viewpoint to Nun's Valley , these will be some of the highlights.
We will go through some villages, enjoying their sympathy, simplicity and the essence of the locals. Have a glimpse at their "terraces" and to the most iconic pieces in the island.
Exploring Banana plants, vineyards and varieties of vegetables, making a big part of the beautiful landscapes we have here, being as fascinating as the mountain and cliff views we love and preserve.

5.00Edgar was friendly and professional. Enjoyed several highlights—fishing village favored by Churchill; Sky Walk—and fun stops —beautiful hike along the water channel and enjoyed a taste of Poncha at a local bar. Great fun was the drive among the hillside houses on side-walk width roads! Edgar was exceptional in explaining everyday life of the locals.

5.00Edgar was great during our trip. The weather wasn’t great at times, but he knew exactly how to navigate to different spots to get the best view of the island. He’s a native of Madeira so knows all about the history. We booked this tour last minute when we found out the hiking trails were closed-like 3 hours prior and he graciously accepted our booking and he didn’t disappoint us. My husband and I highly recommend using his company to book this tour!

5.00We arrived on a cruise ship. Our guide Edgar made contact on the eve and waited for us at the time and place marked The vehicle was clean and was driven very safely. Edgar was very attentive and gave us explanations about the island and all the places visited. The whole island is beautiful and with a very peculiar relief. The weather was also good, which made the tour perfect, especially because we had only one day on the island.

5.00We were very fortunate to have a half day tour with Edgar on the 2nd January - following a rather wet New Year. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and has a very relaxed, informative and engaging persona, he is a very proud Islander and his in depth love and appreciation of his beautiful home land really shone through. The tour took in so many aspects of the dramatic landscapes, from the incredibly steep hills with the network of terraces, to stunning shorelines and rock formations. Edgar was a very patient and expert driver that we felt 100% comfortable with and I couldn't recommend him enough - you will for sure enjoy the experience!

5.00INCREDIBLE! Honestly cannot rate this experience any higher. Edgar is a fantastic guide and can slight customise the tour depending on what you want to do, he took us to H&H for some wine tasting and did a stop of for a poncha (would also recommend). We went off road twice. The jeep is fantastic. We asked Edgar all the questions and he spoke wonderful English.
