During this private tour, starting from a minimum of 2 people, you'll embark on a 6-hour journey in a comfortable air-conditioned car to visit three esteemed Etna wineries, where you will learn about their wine production process. Renowned for its fertile soil nourished by the eruptions of Mount Etna, this Region is hailed as one of the world's finest for grape cultivation and wine production. You will visit three top Etna wineries. Wines of these wineries are on top lists of premium wine associations. You will have the opportunity to taste a variety of white, rosé, and red wines, complemented by fresh domestic food. Immerse yourself in the authentic Sicilian countryside ambiance as you savor each sip of wine.

All expenses, including food, beverages, and entrance fees, are covered in the tour price. Additionally, this tour is also available as a semi-private experience, accommodating up to 8 individuals.

Your personal tour leader will pick you up at your hotel/port and from there you will start your wonderful private journey through three Etna wineries. Driving through small authentic mountain villages, you will admire unforgettable views of Sicilian countryside full of oranges and lemon plantations, olives and almond trees, houses and old churches built of lava stone. Finally you will reach the first venue, welcomed by a sommelier who will explain you the wine production process. In here you will taste 3 Etna DOC wines with three different kinds of “bruschetta”, a crunchy home made bread dressed with different traditional pates. Enjoying the panoramic view of Etna, you will drive to the second venue, another outstanding Etna winery, where, with a professional sommelier, you will taste 4 wines of the Region accompanied by a traditional “tagliere” of local products and pasta. You will continue the tour to the next venue, a winery with an authentic charm. Here you will taste 3 red and white wines accompanied by fresh domestic appetizers: locally produced cheeses, meat delicacies, olives, olive oil and fresh bread. After the tour, your guide will bring you back to your accommodation.

This was by far our best day from our 14 day vacation. Our guide, Sandra, and our driver, Marco, took the absolute best care of us and made our wishes come true! We even had a surprise visit to Marco‘s hometown where we enjoyed a cup of cappuccino iand cannoli while we had a couple of minutes to kill before the first winery expected us. The wineries were all lovely and beautiful and the wines we saved were delicious. We had the most fabulous meal at the Second winery with the two brothers who owned it. Authentic homemade Italian food. We were hoping to put our feet in the Mediterranean and Sandra and Marco made it happen. We were able to drive to the coast and have a cocktail while we soaked up the beauty. The price is well worth it!

Alessandro took such great care of us today! The three wineries were all unique in their way and their wines. We had some lovely food and incredible views, along with tasting fantastic local wines produced by family vineyards. Would recommend!

I am taking an end of life trip to Italy (I have stage 4 cancer and not long) with my 2 grown daughters and my oldest daughter’s husband. Our itinerary includes Venice, Florence, Rome, Catania, Sorrento, and Naples. I think today was the best day ever so far. Winery tour in Sicily near Mt Etna (volcano). Beautiful wineries--one of which is the prettiest I have ever been to--and it even had cats :). So much fantastic food and wine. I loved the Sicilian wine--better than even Tuscany.

Had a great experience. Bruno, our driver, was very accommodating! We were a group of 6 and 2 small children. The 3 wineries we visited were perfect. Lots of good food and snacks, and the wine was great! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone in the Etna region!
