5.00This was an amazing tour. Our guide Ivan was so knowledgeable and personable. He did everything we asked of him. He took us to the former Fort Clayton so my wife could see her old home and the chapel where her father worked. We learned much about Panamanian history and the history of the canal zone. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had Graziano as our guide. He was so professional and very friendly. He was so knowledgeable about Panama and took us to old town and the new parts of the city. We really leanrt the history and dun stuff throughout our tour. He took our group pictures and was mindful of the heat and adjusted the locations accordingly. He held our spots in lines for pictures and best viewing locations at the canal so we didn't miss the special moments. 100% recommend this company and Graziano.

5.00My sister and I absolutely loved this tour. Ivan was a fantastic tour guide. It was like exploring with a good friend rather than a company employee. We were able to see the city at our own pace. 5.00Alfonso was excellent! He knew all the places to show us and gave us some great history. We were able to see a ship going through the locks, see some dancing in casco viejo, and he even knew where to spot a couple sloths! It was so convenient having a pickup from the airport that flowed immediately into a tour, and then ended with a drop off at our hotel. Highly recommend this tour

1.00I had a rather unpleasant experience as I was not informed that my tour guide would be significantly delayed. I had to contact a Viator representative myself, as I was waiting at the designated meeting point at 9:00 AM, and no one was present. It was not until 9:45 AM that I was able to speak with someone who informed me of the delay, stating that the guide would arrive after 11:00 AM. This seemed quite unprofessional, especially since there was an itinerary that I believed we would be following. I had specifically requested that Casco Viejo be the last stop, as we were staying in that area. Not only was the guide late, but he also kept sending me his location, expecting me to walk to him due to some street closures. I struggled to find him and, out of frustration, decided to send him my location instead. This resulted in a pick-up time of 11:45 AM, rather than the scheduled 9:00 AM. I have generally had positive experiences with Viator, but this particular tour left me feeling quite dissatisfied, and I am uncertain if I will be using Viator's services again in the near future.

5.00My husband and I had an eight hour layout in Panamá so we decided to book this tour let me tell you it was well worth it our tour guide was Alfonso he was excellent very informative make us feel welcome he took us around the city which we took great pictures. overall great time will definitely recommend this tour.
