5.00We just finished an incredible private tour of Panama City with Graziano, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his country. He made our day stress-free and exciting, taking us to all the key spots like the Canal and Casco Viejo. If you want an excellent Panama City experience with a safe and friendly English-speaking guide, book Graziano. We will definitely be using his services again on our next trip

4.00Guide was very nice but could have provided more detailed history of Panama City and specific buildings, churches, etc. Viator details said tour included bottled water but we had to ask for it (driver then did purchase some for us). We spent 30 minutes looking for parking in Old Town. We have no problem walking and since parking is so limited we should have parked somewhere and walking into old town.

5.00I would give it a 4 out of 5 only for the lack of communication before the tour. I didn't get contacted about the tour and who would be my guide until 30 minutes before the tour started. The tour itself was great. My tour guide was Carlos, and it felt like hanging out with a friend who was showing you the city. We toured all the sites, I got a chance to do a little shopping, took some pics, and Carlos recommended a great place for lunch. I would definitely recommend!

5.00We booked a private tour the night before to check out Casco Viejo, the Amador Causeway and the Panama Canal. Our tour guide was Yersel and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great photographer! The highlight was the Panama canal. We saw two small boats pass through Miraflores locks and one large-ish ship. That was very cool! My friend and I liked the Imax movie because it shared the historical context of the Canal. The entire day was about 6 hours. We did not walk alot, which was fine. We'd recommend the tour and ask for Yersel!

3.00Frustrated by the accompaniment of the guide Angel, he was with his face closed and only spoke a speech decorated with the stops, without curiosities or interesting historical details. He did not offer us water as proposed at the ticket purchase. A super comfortable car, but the welcome of the guide and that tb was the driver was terrible.

2.00Raul was on time and was very friendly. Our issue was that it seemed like he was just driving us around to random places without any particular rhyme or reason. We were expecting more historical facts along with our sightseeing and it seemed like our guide just want to chat about his general, subjective opinions about things and we would have preferred to have more stops rather than driving around. The longest part of the tour was at the IMAX theater with a narrated movie with Morgan Freeman. We weren't really interested in sitting through a movie so he didn't seem to have much more to offer after that. He ended up finishing our tour by dropping us off at a restaurant on the island and we had to Uber back to our hotel. Not exactly what we were expecting and unfortunately left us wondering what we paid for.
