You are already familiar with wines and you want to enjoy the favorite selection of the sommelier ? The advanced tasting takes wine pairing to an other level with refined wines and appetizers. Our goal is to teach people the right way of tasting wines and most importantly how to match wines to food . We propose different levels of tastings and also different types of wines and liquors accompanied with delightful appetizers to give your taste buds a treat. People in general are often surprised about the fact that wine can sublimate food and food can sublimate wine if you understand the basics of wine pairing and it's amazing ! We have a great opportunity to be hosted by the restaurant Saint-James which is one of the best restaurants in Bora Bora with the best wine cellar as well . There is an option to stay at the restaurant to have dinner there . I am always happy to give my best advice about the selection of the wine for the dinner .

5.00Had an incredible time learning about different wines and regions of France. Allan is incredibly knowledgeable about these wines. He is incredibly personable and able to speak in terms that you can relate to whether you are an experienced wine drinker or a novice like myself. I highly recommend Allan and this tasting tour!

5.00We had the best time with this experience. Allan prepared the best tastings with the food pairings to go with it! Ordinarily this is a pick up to the main island of bora bora to a restaurant but that restaurant was closed. So he came to the four seasons where we were staying and did it right on our balcony. Would highly recommend this experience!

5.00Allan came to St. Regis for a private wine pairing on the deck of our overwater villa. We had a fantastic time learning about French wines and how to pair with food. An amazing experience to sit by the beautiful Bora Bora waters, drink/learn about wine all while watching a turtle swim by our deck! Highly recommend!
