Booking Confirmation Once all details are confirmed: We send a booking confirmation via text, email, or WhatsApp. The traveler receives pickup time, chauffeur details, and vehicle type. Payment options are shared (if not prepaid). 3. Pre-Ride Coordination Ahead of the trip: We monitor traffic and flight schedules (if applicable). The chauffeur is dispatched early to ensure timely arrival. The client receives a reminder and the driver’s contact details 1–2 hours before pickup. 4. Pickup The chauffeur arrives at the scheduled time and location. A 15-minute grace period is offered at no extra charge. Assistance is provided with luggage and boarding. 5.00Nathan was on time and waiting for me outside upon my arrival. He assisted with loading my luggage and drove safely to my hotel. Nathan communicated with me the day before my arrival and remained in contact until my plane landed, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service. My only suggestion would be to have a printed sign with the pickup name, as there were many people waiting outside the airport, which could make identification easier.
