1.00Are you joking? My experience is less than a zero. Our driver never showed up and we waited an hour for him. We were never met and you have our money. We ended up making other arrangements for transfer to our hotel. You will be hearing from me at the conclusion of my vacation, !! This is not very professional! We may not be working with TripAdvisor anymore as this is the second time, such a thing has happened!!

5.00The driver was right where he was supposed to be found us immediately his car was parked very close by we’re talking like less than 15 second walk. He packed the suitcases and removed them for us and was very friendly. It was one of the best transfers we’ve ever had frankly. And I’ve had them in a lot of cities.

5.00We were three travlers with 8 bags between us. Our driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and pointed out some highlights of Bergen as we traveled to our hotel. We were very glad that we arranged for this hassle free shuttle service because we were exhausted after traveling almost 20 hours to get to Bergen.
