5.00Reserved an airport transfer for our family of five before arriving at Munich airport. Used the online chat facility to speak to a real person who wrote in perfect English to advise where we would be met. The person ensured I provided my flight details so the driver could follow the flight. On arrival, there was excellent communication: both emails and What's App messages. Absolutely no issues finding our driver who was very helpful. Cost €127 from Munich airport to the city centre, directly to our hotel door. Had the same excellent experience travelling from the hotel to the airport a few days later, with the same friendly and punctual driver. I could not recommend this service more highly.
