5.00They replied me quickly, was easy to find, one day before we were talking to align details of the flight, my flight delayed and also they were waiting for me. They make the experience pretty good and safe to Fethiye.
Avoid this useless company.

1.00If I could give this a negative rating I would . They didn’t turn up!! Numerous calls to Viator and even the supplier ( who kept cancelling our calls ) We were told at one point that they would be with us in 10 minutes . 1 hour later they still hadn’t arrived . Avoid this company . You will be left stranded

1.00The absolute worst and scary ride. The cabin of the van had minimal AC and no windows. It felt like someone was going to pass out in the 30 deg C. We stopped to get waters and snacks for the kids and ended up having to wipe everyone down with wipes to try to cool off. At some point we considered trying to hail another cab from the side of the road. It was late at night so this was also a challenging option. The lack of ventilation in the main cabin was unbelievable probably because it was all make shifted . The seat belts did not work. The car looked like it had been gutted and made to look like a nice van but it was all jerrry rigged. Parts of the driver cab , including the stereo were gutted and missing. The driver said he had the car for 3 days but it’s not his car. An alarm went off in the car every 10 minutes probably because it was overheating. I have used viator to book before and had a good experience but they are probably being serviced by various third parties with clearly inconsistent business practices . I will be booking with the hotel next time where they have accountability .
