  Following my earlier Review when my own flight was late, this time my friend's flight, which was due in from Manchester at 0.30 hours on 2nd October was delayed by over 2hrs, and she would be thru the airport until about 3:15 am I contacted Ferit, who again was immediately responsive to the problem. The driver scheduled to do the pick up was no longer available, but Ferit quickly found and reassured me that he had arranged another driver, Apo, who was there waiting to meet my friend and brought her safely to my apartment. I can again only give the highest praise and thanks to Ferit and Apo at Get4S VIP TRANSFER for their exceptional service.

  A very comfortable and punctual drive with our friendly driver Sebo. He was very helpful and talkative which made our 3 hour trip enjoyable. He picked us up at the confirmed time and offered to stop for a toilet break and refreshments on the way. Highly recommend!

  They replied me quickly, was easy to find, one day before we were talking to align details of the flight, my flight delayed and also they were waiting for me. They make the experience pretty good and safe to Fethiye.

  If I could give this a negative rating I would . They didn’t turn up!! Numerous calls to Viator and even the supplier ( who kept cancelling our calls ) We were told at one point that they would be with us in 10 minutes . 1 hour later they still hadn’t arrived . Avoid this company . You will be left stranded

• the worst suffocating experience

  The absolute worst and scary ride. The cabin of the van had minimal AC and no windows. It felt like someone was going to pass out in the 30 deg C. We stopped to get waters and snacks for the kids and ended up having to wipe everyone down with wipes to try to cool off. At some point we considered trying to hail another cab from the side of the road. It was late at night so this was also a challenging option. The lack of ventilation in the main cabin was unbelievable probably because it was all make shifted . The seat belts did not work. The car looked like it had been gutted and made to look like a nice van but it was all jerrry rigged. Parts of the driver cab , including the stereo were gutted and missing. The driver said he had the car for 3 days but it’s not his car. An alarm went off in the car every 10 minutes probably because it was overheating. I have used viator to book before and had a good experience but they are probably being serviced by various third parties with clearly inconsistent business practices . I will be booking with the hotel next time where they have accountability .

  We used this VIP taxi service last year and was fantastic. However, upon arrival at Dalaman Airport on thy 31st July we were met by our driver and taken to a vehicle that was definitely not VIP, the Aircon didn't work, it smelt of cigarettes, the engine management light was on and the driving made us feel unsafe... too fast vehicles and jerky, making my youngest feel car sick. It was a very sweaty and uncomfortable journey.

  Horrible communication from this company left us with no transfer at the airport. Contacted operator thru the Viator app/chat in the morning to tell them Turkish Airlines had changed our flight number (even though arrival time was still the same as what I booked, 5:30 pm). No answer to chat, so had to call Viator Customer Service to get operator to acknowledge/reply to my message, as I wanted to make sure someone was going to be there and I'd received no contact from the operator other than the original Viator email that my booking was confirmed. I've had 5 other transfers in Turkey during this vacation and all the operators contacted me before the transfer to make sure I had their contact information (WhatsApp), travel arrangements hadn't changed, checked in with me day prior or day of, etc. NOTHING from this operator. My family lands in Dalaman and we exit about 40 minutes after the arrival time we gave them (took a while to get luggage)...so 6:15pm. No one was there to meet us. I texted them through the Viator app/chat and nothing. We waited 20-30 minutes. Then I called Viator Customer Service to get a hold of them. Viator gives me their number and I call them. The operator tells me I told them the wrong flight number and that the other flight wasn't going to land until 7:00 pm....and I reminded him I sent them the new flight number at 10:00 am that morning....which they acknowledged and I sent 7.5 hours before we were supposed to land later that day. They obviously didn't pay attention to the text (a copy attached). He tells me to go to some other part of the airport to make it easier for their driver who would be there in 10 minutes. I told him I was at the exit where all of the travelers exit and all the other transfer drivers holding their customer's names on a piece of paper. I told him I was in the right spot and wasn't going to go find some other exit he was talking about. Then he tells me their driver was there before and didn't see me. Now I'm getting angrier--which is it, he was there earlier or he wasn't coming until 7:00 pm??? And he's still saying I gave him the wrong flight info...and I even texted him the photo of the text that morning with the updated flight info and his acknowledgement. He said his driver was 5-10 minutes away. I told him to give me a refund and I'd hire a taxi. This company needs to improve its communication with its customers. It's severely lacking and they could learn something from how other companies handle their interaction with their customers.
