○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

Great experience. Amazing professionalism and felt really safe with the WhatsApp group they created with the driver and staff. Driver (Kris) was super friendly and helpful with my luggage. 10 out of 10!!

The driver was very nice and even suggested to us that we leave a little earlier than planned based on traffic conditions. He was a very careful and skilled driver and made us feel safe. Also, he loaded/unloaded all of our luggage into the van, so we didn't have to do much of anything. 10/10 would recommend this driver, I wish we got his name.

The driver was prompt, waiting outside the baggage claim area with a sign my name on it. He even helped us bring our luggage to the car and loaded the luggage into the car for us. We hardly had to do anything, which was nice after such a long flight. The car seats were very comfortable and reclined with leg rests.

Used Mr. Lee’s driver service twice—once for me and once for my dad—and both times were great. He arrived early, drove safely, and was super professional. The van was really comfortable with plenty of leg room. Smooth airport transfers all around. I’ll definitely book with him again on my next trip to Seoul.

Traveling with children to Seoul after a 15-hour flight can be stressful, but this service made our arrival seamless. It was the absolute best option to get to our hotel. We avoided long waiting lines and confusing directions, as our driver was already waiting for us at the arrivals exit. The car was clean, comfortable, and the trip was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this transfer service and will definitely book it again on our next visit.

Booking and confirmation simple! Communication from driver before hand was excellent! Driver was on time, helpful, friendly and safe. We had lots of luggage so getting a private driver was easiest. Will consider them again fo any future trips to Seoul!
