- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it. - Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number. - Don't worry if you can't meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance. - Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. - Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers will take you comfortably. - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

If you prepaid for a Wowpass, tell the driver you need to pick it up. Make sure you have it translated already,so you can tell the driver you need to pickup.

Great experience using the service. They reached out the night before to confirm the name of the driver and sent a picture text of the vehicle and license plate number. Driver came to the location on time as they mentioned.
