○ From Incheon Airport 1. Driver team will contact you After You Landed. 2. Because the airport is always crowded, we will pick you up in one of two ways. - Your driver will standby in front of indoor meeting hall holding a name plate. - You wait at the exit, Your driver pick you up right away (more convenient, because you don't have to walk to the parking lot). 3. Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your immigration and customs clearance. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30) ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Airport to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Airport.) - The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

Easy pick-up experience - my flight was delayed and it was a breeze locating the driver who was waiting for me at the exit from the baggage area and then proceeded to get me safely and quickly to my destination!

Our driver, Mr. Nan, was prompt and got us to the airport within 1.5 hours despite significant traffic. He communicated with us the night before as well as the morning of, and included the plate number of the vehicle. Mr. Nan drove safely, the vehicle was clean, and he helped with our bags. It was a pleasant ride and we'll use this transfer service again.

When it is the last day of your trip, the ride to the airport should be your last worry. This company made this ride easy and comfortable. They communicated with me using WhatsApp, shared with the driver. The driver was early and waiting for us when we came downstairs. He got us loaded quickly and we had a smooth transit to the airport. He told us the expected time when we started, and we arrived right on time. The transport, a Hyundai Staria, was very comfortable and posh. The driver didn't speak much English or use a translation app, but we hired a driver, not a tour guide. He did the job well! Thank you!
