1.00This transfer cancelled our transfer from MUR to Grand Baie while we were in flight to Mauritius meaning when we landed we had no transfer set up. Did not leave any explanation or reason, just canceled it and we had to book a cab for twice the cost.

1.00I’d leave no stars if i could. We prepaid our private car service from the airport. They never showed. Ken’s taxi service(Mauritius) never responded to me. Viator tried to call them and couldn’t reach them either. I am in the process of waiting for a refund from Viator. It was awful after traveling for 31 hours.
