1. Booking Confirmation Travelers book their airport transfer service online through Viator. A confirmation email is sent, including booking details, pickup instructions, and contact information. Travelers are advised to provide flight details and arrival time to ensure a smooth pickup. 2. Driver Assignment & Flight Monitoring A professional driver is assigned to the trip. The driver monitors the flight schedule in real time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals. 3. Arrival at the Airport Upon arrival, the traveler clears immigration and collects luggage. The included 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starts from the actual landing time. 4. Meet & Greet at Arrival Hall The driver waits at the arrival hall holding a name sign for easy identification. If travelers are delayed beyond the free waiting period, additional waiting time is chargeable. 5. Assistance & Luggage Handling The driver greets the traveler and assists with luggage. If needed, the traveler can request additional help with heavy bags. 6. Transfer to the Destination The traveler is escorted to the private air-conditioned vehicle. The journey begins, providing a smooth and direct transfer to the specified destination (hotel, home, or any other location). 7. Drop-Off & Service Completion Upon arrival at the destination, the driver assists with luggage and ensures the traveler is safely at their location. I hired Veloce Limo to to ensure my exhibition partners were taken care off from landing at Changi airport through the several days of events to being sent back to the Airport for their departure. All I can say is they far exceeded my expected standards from patiently waiting & updating me the arrival flight was delayed by an hour, my exhibitors not having to lift a finger whilst they loaded the luggage up the Vellfire and passed to the hotel bell hop through to ensuring that they successfully claimed GST and checked in.
