On arrival and after processing customs we meet at the exit of the customs area where o you are greeted by our driver whom will have a sign with the name of the lead travelers name. This transfer is only offered to persons going to the st.kitts marriott, the royal st.kitts hotel, Timothy beach hotel or the surrounding areas of frigate bay. The scenic drive will have your driver giving relevant information about the islands and answer any questions you may have.

Tatem was great. He was exactly where he said he would be holding a sign with my name on it. The van was clean and a/c was running. Tatem also provided some information about the island during our ride to the hotel. My girlfriend ended up leaving her “house coat” in the van when we arrived at the hotel. Tatem sent me a message through Viator, but I didn’t see it until later. He actually came back to the hotel and dropped her coat off with the front desk and they called to inform us they had her coat. Honestly, up until that point she didn’t even realize she left it. Thanks! Would highly recommend.

May/June 2025 we visited St Kitts with a large group, 60 plus people. We must give Kudos to Ms. Karen Hodge. Atrocious. Only one female toilet in booking in lounge! Please upgrade this airport! Not one for the faint hearted. I've been here every year since 2017 yet no improvement.

we can't say enough good things about Tatem taxi. Mr Tatem met us at the airport and proceeded to take us (3 couples) to the Marriott. Frigate Bay. smooth ride. we loved that he was waiting for us. upon our departure again waiting for us at the airport for our return flight. His rates were exceptional . we would definitely call him again when we return to St.Kitts. although we did not need him for our stay he would certainly be our first call for tours around the island

It was nice to have hired a private taxi for the week! They were waiting for us at the airport despite the flight being very late. Easy to schedule a ride to or from an outing via email ot whats ap.
