Very nice tour of Alexandria. Tour guide & driver were excellent. Private car is the only way to go. Forgot tour guides name but she had extensive knowledge about Alexandria. Tour date was 10/04/25 at 11 a.m. She provided us with water & the restaurant she took us to was over looking the fishing boats & Med. sea. The lunch was a very pleasant treat with baked sea bass & the pita bread melted in your mouth. We felt very relaxed with them and they made our tour a great day. Thank you for great day. Michael & Phyllis.

This was an excellent trip from start to finish. Our guide, Reem, was full of information and energy. We saw 5 sites: the Citadel, a Mosque, the Amphitheatre,, the Catacombs and the Library. All were very worthwhile visiting. This trip was a great value and we would highly recommend it.

Our driver Omar is a very nice and helpful gentle man. He took great care of us. He drove car smooth and help us purchase tickets. We had wonderful day tour at Alexandria.

Before we left on our cruise, we checked for safety levels in each of the countries and clothing protocol, etc. This was the first time we had used Viator and decided to give them a try after another traveler had recommended them. Ahmed and Mario were beyond excellent. It required two people to lead us on our private tour. Ahmed was the driver and Mario was the tour guide. The traffic in Alexandria was horrific beyond words, and Ahmed maneuvered it, skillfully with his full attention on the road. Never ever could we have managed this on our own. Mario was a knowledgeable and professional guide and took into account each of our special needs to show us the sites and inform us of the history as well as the current details of each place. All of our wants and needs were accommodated down to shopping for Egyptian coffee and looking for scarves and oils. They knew just where to go. At the end of the tour, Mario said he wanted us to try some authentic Egyptian cuisine if we were willing. He took us to a tiny little restaurant, got us seated and then went and chose our lunch for us And had it delivered to the table. It was absolutely delicious! In the meantime, Ahmed drove around while we ate since there was absolutely no place to park. Mario stayed with us every minute and called for our pick up when the meal was complete. He told us to wait inside the restaurant until the car arrived Obviously for our safety. Anytime we got out of the car we were flanked by both our guide and driver again for our safety. They would not let us walk down the street but drove us even if it was only a block or two. Again for our safety. We never ever felt threatened at all, but only because of these two wonderful men. I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone anytime. The private tour was the two of us and the two of them and it was the best tour we have taken anywhere in the world.

Fantastic 7hour tour throughout Alexandria incredible very knowledgeable and professional guide “Reem”. The Driver was very good considering difficult trafic..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Also excellent choice of Rest Branzino👏👏👏

We returned from our private tour very satisfied with our wonderful and attentive guide Hamdy. He speaks very good Spanish, knows the history, respectful and patient to our needs. This is the second time we have hired Emo Tours and we highly recommend them!

The tour guide had extensive knowledge of the entire Alexandria antiquities. She was clear in her communication and timely. If you are even slightly disabled, there is not much interest in your ability to keep up with the group.

Our guide had limited english and, although a nice man, was physically compromised and had difficulty moving around. He was very helpful but limited english. A very good driver who was also helpful. Will recommend the tour but be aware.
