5.00We were pick up early in the morning from our hotel to Alexandria by our driver Isam. It’s a long journey from Giza but it’s worth a visit. Isam our driver is very kind, nice, polite and helpful, He took to all different places in Alexandria. His service is excellent. Isam is very good on his job. He make our trip memorable and enjoyable. This trip is highly recommended to all tourists and Isam our driver got 10/10 very good!
Poor Communication and Uncomfortable Experience

2.00The driver did not speak English, even though we had booked one who was supposed to be fluent in the language. We had only booked a round trip by car to Alexandria, but the guide insisted on accompanying us everywhere, which ended up creating tension between us. It was impossible to contact the company that sold the activity. I do not recommend it.

5.00We were picked up at our hotel and that was a little bit confusing. They went to the different door than we were waiting at. but the driver was totally apologetic and so kind it didn’t impact our trip at all But it all resolved quickly. The tour was really good. We got to see the main attractions. Our guide.Reem was so helpful and informative. And also very flexible. We had heard about a wonderful ice cream place and she lit up when we asked her if we could go and even paid for it. We’ve used by tour many times before and have rarely been disappointed.

4.00The tour started an hour late so we were in a rush to cover all sites as most monuments close by 4pm. The tour was smooth but we expected more insights from the tour guide.

5.00We had a wonderful trip to Alexandria with our guide Mohamed. Everything was well organized, and the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, making the history of the city truly come alive. The excursion was interesting and comfortable, with plenty of time to enjoy the main sights. The lunch was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt.

3.00There is a lot of good and bad. Firstly it is important that this event has various guides, so it all depends on who you get. We found most guides are only interested in getting you to shop from their friends for kick backs, and their english is very poor. They also do not listen to you or your needs, so be firm. Our guide lost us 3 times because he wasnt where he said he would be (he didnt go inside the places with us) The driver was great. Alexandria is a very old and dirty city, but also very interesting

1.00The pick-up was scheduled for 6:00 a.m., but did not take place until 7:15 a.m. Despite numerous calls and conflicting information from Löftir, the driver was very late and also got lost several times. Punctuality should be a top priority – unfortunately not here. Humanly, Löftir and especially our guide Samir were top: very friendly, polite and endeavourful. Samir is excellently trained, but in a short time it was too much information. His knowledge of German is sufficient, but communication problems often arose. The tour was very hectic overall. The catacombs were a highlight, amphitheater and citadel worth seeing, the library rather dispensable. In the restaurant you felt quickly pushed out after eating. Overall, I would not book this Alexandria tour again.

4.00we did cancel this trip as our flight got delayed from Luxor to Cairo, we was reaching at the hotel 3am not able to join this trip 7am as we requested Refund waiting on that. customer service and local tour guy communication was good.
