  Messed about waiting for transport all day spent more time in traffic jams than seeing sites, and there where two others on trip which I booked as a private tour, which was awkward at times

  Great driver and a fantastic tour guide. We had a good time. The guide was very helpful even taking us photos and showing us the best places for panoramic photos and photo tricks

  Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, the driver was very kind and I could ride with peace of mind I was a first-time female guide, but I was happy with the way we managed to exchange congestion points and the Mediterranean lunch shop, both in taste and location! I was tired with a tight schedule every day, and I was flexible in the adjustment of the journey, and was very helpful It was good to ask for a guide after all

  Driver was 40 minutes late for pickup. He also had problems getting to the first stop. He should have done more research on anticipated road closures. Otherwise very personable and friendly.

  This tour was an amazing way to start our vacation in Egypt. Our driver, Ali Mohammad, arrived on time and immediately made us feel welcomed. He was incredibly hospitable, asked what type of music we liked for the drive, shared history about Alexandria along the way, and provided bottled water (which was included). He even went above and beyond by purchasing breakfast for us, which was not included in the package — a very thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, Ali turned us over to our tour guide, Samirah, who was also wonderful. She shared detailed history at each stop and gave us options for lunch, asking whether we preferred cultural or traditional food. We chose chicken shawarmas, and she took us to what she said was the best spot in town — it was delicious. One thing that stood out was her patience and kindness with my aunt, who had difficulty walking. Samirah assisted her and never made her feel rushed. On the ride back to Giza, Ali continued to be warm and attentive, letting us choose music again. Just before dropping us off, he made one last stop and surprised all five of us with a drink he called “sugar juice.” It was delicious and such a kind final touch. This tour left an excellent first impression of Egypt. Ali Mohammad truly set the bar high — I honestly wish we could have had him for our entire trip. Highly recommend.

  It was very important having a driver and making stops to the most important spots because Alexandria is a very big city for one day. Esam was very nice and kind. We didn't have a good experience with the food cause we didn't have any choice but going to a specific restaurant which we didn't like at all. Overall it was a good experience.

  Great day. Perfect logistics. Driver and guide very kind and competent. Full tour with lots of info. Lunch Dan's ONE restaurant On the sea. We added small boat tour On the sea. Really a beautiful day.

  Our driver, Mohammed, was great…he managed all the traffic safely and easily. Our guide in Alexandria, Nasrin, was knowledgeable and organized our time well. We had a wonderful day.

  We had the best guide! So nice and thoughtful! Her name was Shery. Really pleasant and knowledgeable about the history of everything we saw. She was the one who suggested we get the fish at lunch. We paid extra, but it was really worth it! The drive from Cairo is so long though. I suggest starting at 6:30 am. Our driver did not show up on time, but the company did communicate with me after we waited for 45 minutes. That was annoying because we waited outside in the cold morning and got up early to be on time.
