My wife and I recently planned a trip to Rome and Sorrento. I began corresponding with Roberto at Sorrento Car Tours and he was incredibly helpful in setting up and planning our trip. We wanted to tour Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Roberto made it easy and at very reasonable pricing. We ended up taking a train to Naples where they picked us up, and drove us to Pompeii. There we met the tour guide they had arranged for us and waited until our tour was over. They then to us to our hotel in Sorrento. The next morning our amazing driver Fabio picked us up and we spent the day touring the Amalfi Coast which was amazing. Stoping at great spots along the way, and eating the most amazing lunch in Ravello. The day we left they picked us up and took us to an olive oil tasting which was fabulous. Then to a great lunch spot in Naples and dropped us off at the train station. It was trouble amazing and I really appreciated Roberto and Fabio making our trip special! Definitely book a trip with them!

We had Sorrento Car Tours pick us up from the Airport in Naples and tour us around Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. Fabio was excellent with great suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We also used the car service back to the airport at the end of our trip. They were puncual and friendly and the van was nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

My wife and I honeymooned in Italy. Roberto took us from Napoli to Vesuvius and then to Sorrento. He made a reservation for us at the winery and was timely, professional, and kind throughout the experience. His brother, Fabio, took us on a private tour of Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano which was amazing! He made us a reservation at a restaurant with a spectacular view. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to travel around the Sorrento region! All communication was handled easily over What’s App.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day touring Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, and Ravello with our incredible guide, Roberto. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the region. His driving was smooth and we felt very safe in his hands—no small feat on the winding coastal roads—and he made us feel completely at ease throughout the day. Roberto tailored the tour to our interests, pointing out hidden gems and sharing fascinating local history and culture along the way. One of the highlights was the stunning restaurant he brought us to for lunch—delicious food, breath taking views, and a truly authentic experience we would never have found on our own. If you’re visiting this part of Italy, do yourself a favour and book a tour with Roberto. It was one of the best days of our trip and a memory we’ll always treasure. Grazie mille, Roberto!

Roberto booked us a tour on short notice (we requested it the previous day), which we appreciated. Claudio, our driver, was excellent. He drove carefully on the narrow and winding road along the Amalfi Coast, stopping in various locations so we could absorb the spectacular views and take photographs. We also stopped in several towns to walk around, buy snacks and souvenirs, etc. Claudio told us interesting facts and stories about the Amalfi Coast. The weather was gorgeous. An excellent day trip!

Roberto, is a true professional. We used him three separate times for our Italian adventure in March, 2025. He knows the area so well and takes you to all the perfect spots for sightseeing, shopping, and the most beautiful pictures! He will arrange lunch reservations, private tours, and the best parking accommodations for the most enjoyable experience! It is truly the most enjoyable and effortless experience you could ever have! He allows you to just sit back and relax and take everything that the Amalfi coast has to offer, without having a care in the world! Roberto is a skilled driver on those narrow, climbing roads! His love for his home of Sorrento and the coast is obvious. A fantastic communicator, Roberto responded immediately to my email to coordinate this tour, offered suggestions for logistics, checked in the day before to set up a meeting place, and arrived early to pick us up from our ship. As soon as we plan another visit, I will contact him again!

I could not imagine a better service while visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, then Sorrento Car Tours company. Dealing with Roberto via email from the US was very easy. His communication was excellent. His service started by sending an amazing driver, Lello, to pick my wife and I up at the train station in Naples. Lello met us in the station and assisted us with our bags to a beautiful Mercedes sedan. From there, on our way to Sorrento, we stopped at.Herculaneum, for a private tour of the archaeology site. This entire excursion was coordinated for us by Roberto in advance, including arranging the tour guide to meet us there on our way from Naples to Sorrento. The service was so good, that we arranged for Sorrento Car Tours to take us to Positano for a daytime excursion, as well as transfer us back to Rome from Sorrento. Lello took us to some wonderful places, making great recommendations along the way. Working with Roberto and Lello and Sorrento Car Tours was nothing short of perfect. The professionalism was top-notch. I would highly recommend them anytime you were in the Sorrento or Amalfi coast area on your holiday. I know when we return, Roberto will be my first contact!! Great adventure in a very clean and comfortable vehicle with an excellent driver with great knowledge and VIP drop off to many areas making the journey easier and the flexibility of activity was welcomed Especially if you are limited in mobility. Driver provided excellent experience and knowledge which we appreciated. My vacation was so much better because I had Robert’s experience and guided directions. They provide a true value. Bob

My sister and I spent an unforgettable day with our driver Raffaele who also arranged a lot of things, such as our restaurant. He was listening to us all day and helped us throughout this sublime day. Thank you Raffaele. I highly recommend Sorrento car tours. We had also done Pompeii and Herculaneum with them, with another driver, Roberto. Here too, it was really great. The welcome is warm and they answer all our questions...and there were many questions. But, above all, we think of Mike our French Guide in Pompeii, who was extraordinary, he is excellent and knows his subject very well. Thank you Raffaele. Thanks to Roberto and Raffaele, we leave with memories full of heads.
