He had great knowledge of the sites, was fun to talk with, and was extremely flexible and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time. If you book with this company, ask for Francis. I could not have asked for a better guide today. Also, Alana, our other contact with the tour company is excellent. She was a great communicator and ensured we were set up well. 5.00I felt a bit overwhelmed about tackling Nanjing during the busy Qingming festival, but Ava, my Nanjing Guide, made everything so easy! She was fantastic – knew all the best routes to avoid the crowds, got me to the front of lines, and even helped me translate to order some delicious local dishes. Highly recommend!
