Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat.
Hotel drop-off area should be within the 4th ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
We provide up to 30 minutes of waiting time at the railway station after your train arrives. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because the lane of hutong is too narrow to drive, and normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
Please make sure you provide us with your correct train number and hotel address.

5.00Driver was waiting for us at the exit hall. We had a smooth transfer to hotel. We were a party of 4, so we upgraded to a 9 seater as we all had large cases. Well worth the small extra charge for the comfort.
