5.00Great service! Premium service. Driver was waiting with a signboard at the arrival hall. He waited while we needed to change some money at the money changer. There was water in the car and he helped with our luggage on and off the car.
Carmel is Unreliable for Airport Pickups!

1.00Tracy Pyper 3 reviews 9 minutes ago New Carmel stranded us at JFK International Airport, even though we had made reservations to be picked up 3 days prior. We called them from baggage claim area, as instructed. We were told to walk to a pick up point and our driver would pick us up in 5 minutes. After waiting at the assigned spot for 15 minutes we called again, the dispatcher said the driver would be there in 5 minutes. After waiting for ½ an hour we called again. This time the dispatcher said we were going to have to wait for an additional ½ hour. We canceled our pick up and got an Uber. It was an extremely frustrating experience, especially after a long, delayed international flight. We will NEVER use Carmel again.
