  We were greeted promptly as we exited security control, personally walked to our driver and given top-notch service. If you need a ride from the airport, this is the best way to go! Best foreign pick-up experience and we’ve travelled extensively.

  It was Shabbat and after midnight. Our driver kept us safe and delivered right to the correct address. After a 16 hour journey with brains like jello, we were vulnerable so our driver was our knight in shining armor and kept us from straying. We are so so so grateful. Thank you!

  Arriving in Tel Aviv, on the Sabbath, made this the perfect option. We were met by a Transfer Agent as we exited the baggage hall, escorted and transferred to the car, dropped of at the hotel. So easy on the Sabbath, which I've learned could be challenging; no public transportation, higher taxi rates, and possibly higher as we only speak English. Thank you Viator for this effortless option.

  No driver showed up even though I confirmed twice....now waiting for $96 refund from viator / bein harm ltd...will I get it?....ill let you know....

  It was super easy and perfect. The driver was very friendly and was already waiting for me at the airport upon my arrival. Everything went just fine!

  They took our money and did not pick us up. We tried to call and they did not answer the phone. We had to spend 200 shekels for another ride after paying them for nothing. That is wrong.

  I booked passage at $25.00 per person. We were supposed to be picked up at the airport at11:00am. They did not show up to pick up our group of 16. We finally called and they sent a guy who said he could take two of the 16. They offered no apology or explanation. There was no refund or any effort to make the situation rectified.Finally after several hours some were put in Taxis to be taken from the airport to the hotel in Tel Aviv. I strongly advise you to not to use this horrible rip off excuse of transfer service.
