5.00Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the Singapore airport, 10pm. He was super friendly and a local so gave us good tips on the way to the hotel. I highly recommend this especially if your arrival/departure is la late night one.

5.00This is my second review for this company because I used them two times. This review is for the time I used them to pick me up from a flight and to take me to my hotel in Marina Bay area. The driver was on time, courteous and provided a lot of interesting information about Singapore on the way to our hotel. The vehicle was clean and the driver was excellent.

1.00No correspondence with the company prior to our arrival, even though i had messaged through the app and my booking. Driver wasn't at the arrival hall. So I clicked the link for directions for arrival it took us to the car park, still no driver, so went back to arrival hall still not there. Had messaged and tried to call the contact number no response. We ended up taking a taxi. When queried with customer service next day explained what happened and have now refused to give a refund.
