3.00We were told the driver would be waiting in the port arrival there were loads there with other companies not ours just as well I found a number to call and was told to walk outside. He had been waiting outside then left so had to wait a further 20 minutes for him to turn around and come back, not happy The van and driver were clean and very nicely presented once we got there

2.00Very poor communication. I texted several times on the Viator app and never got a response. There was no company contact information other than the name. I never got the tickets. I had to call Viator for them to send it to me. There was no car information (license plate, type of car, driver phone number). Had to walk all over the airport. Finally got a call asking where I was after my family waited at the terminal door for 30m. Call back to the number failed. The driver had minimal information but was very courteous and helpful. Getting 2 Grabs would have been faster and cheaper.
