2.00Very poor communication. I texted several times on the Viator app and never got a response. There was no company contact information other than the name. I never got the tickets. I had to call Viator for them to send it to me. There was no car information (license plate, type of car, driver phone number). Had to walk all over the airport. Finally got a call asking where I was after my family waited at the terminal door for 30m. Call back to the number failed. The driver had minimal information but was very courteous and helpful. Getting 2 Grabs would have been faster and cheaper.

5.00Our driver was on time and waiting with a clear sign. Helpful with baggage. A very efficient pickup with a clean van and a pleasant discussion on the drive to the hotel. We were offered water. Driving was safe and patient in the morning rush hour.

5.00Vincent was waiting for us at the arrivals, sign in hand with our name and a big Singapore smile. He had been waiting for 2 hours as our flight had been delayed and was still cheerful. A lovely greeting after a long flight.

1.00We were left stranded at the airport. They were supposed to pick us up after our 19 hour flight and take us to our hotel. No contact, nothing. DONT BOOK.
