5.00Rommel was professional. He was prompt and courteous. The van was very clean and spacious. The van was a perfect sized and was able to accommodated 4 passengers, 6 large suitcases and a wheelchair.
Old Vehicle Means Uncomfortable Drive

3.00The van we booked was no the van in the picture. It was an older model with uncomfortable seats and little or no leg room in the first row of seats. Being tall I sat in the front seat but after a 2 hour ride to Sebang, we came out of the van tired and sore.

2.00When we arrived, there was NO pick-up van waiting for us. And when we called the proposed driver, he stated that Viator never forwarded the pickup email to them nor were the payments forwarded. Good thing we had the ticket printed out. Then second day we called our food tour and got no answer. Very bad first two days, 8f you really want to know the truth.
