Excellent transportation. Driver was waiting for us with a sign and after 18 hours of travel, we needed predictability. Car was clean, driver was awesome- not scary - calm, followed the rules of the road. Bottled water too. Don't hesitate to book.

Driver was waiting right outside the exit after baggage claims. I was not expecting a sedan - only our medium luggage’s for in the trunk - our carryons were placed on the front seat. I was expecting an SUV like all other companies but it did the job.

We arrived close to midnight at Pudong Airport and so glad I pre-booked the airport transfer to my hotel. The driver was waiting right outside the arrival hall with a name card. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he was polite and helped with our luggage. It s a very busy airport, so glad I didn’t have to find my own way to get a taxi or other transport. Very good and safe driving straight to the front door of my hotel. Highly recommended 👍🏻
