  Kit was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable about the wonderful sites of Ayutthaya and very personable. The tour was well organized with the driver providing a safe and comfortable journey. A pleasure!

  We spent a wonderful day in Ayutthaya with our guide, Kit, who literally walked us through centuries of Thai history, including the gorgeous Summer Palace. Kit is a fantastic guide who ably explained the story and significance behind each building and temple to us. He was extremely thoughtful and solicitous, making sure we were always hydrated and never too exposed to the heat.

  Seamless pick up and really nice private vehicle with a good driver and friendly guide (Kit). Kit gave us good background information on the long drive over. English was a little hard to understand and sometimes questions didn't get fully answered due to the communication barrier but we still enjoyed seeing the sites and reading the plaques to fill the gaps. We really appreciated Kit's willingness to take many photos of us! We never felt rushed when visiting each site. We were, however, extremely disappointed with the lunch location. We dislike being told we are going to an authentic restaurant when we know the minute we step foot inside that it only caters to tourists. We understand that's how many of these tour companies are designed but still disappointing when we've had better Thai food in the USA. 3/5 stars due to value we feel we received regarding high price of excursion. Overall, a decent experience.

  A highly recommended tour to do while visiting Bangkok. Professional, friendly and informative tour. We were extremely lucky to have had Kit and Bella lead our tour. A wonderful tour giving insight to the ancient city, the religion, royal family and history of the amazing places we visited. An excellent driver took us in a clean and air conditioned van. Our tour group enjoyed a lovely local lunch. Kit and Bella were excellent and we very much appreciated the photos that they helped us take as a group of 4. Cannot recommend this tour enough. A+ service with a smile. Thank you again.

  Our exploration of Ayutthaya's historic sites with guide Kit began with unexpected communication challenges that ultimately transformed into a memorable cultural experience. The day's itinerary was impressive, covering iconic locations like Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, and the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. Kit's extensive knowledge of Ayutthaya's history was evident, but his strong Thai accent created initial barriers to fully understanding the historical narratives. The magnificent ruins told their own visual stories, even as we struggled with the details. To the tour company's credit, when we raised our concerns, they were addressed with remarkable professionalism. They immediately intervened, discussing the matter openly with both us and Kit. His response was both humbling and impressive – visibly affected, he redoubled his efforts to bridge the communication gap. A delightful local lunch provided a welcome interlude, offering authentic Thai flavors that complemented our historical journey. The following sites became more meaningful as Kit found creative ways to share his knowledge. While the tour wasn't without its struggles, the day ultimately became a testament to cultural understanding and professional responsiveness. The tour company's proactive approach transformed a potentially frustrating experience into a memorable exploration of Ayutthaya's rich historical landscape.

  We saw all of the highlights of each of the temple ruins, but started in the morning with visiting the Royal Summer Palace complex for the royal family today. The best part was our guide, Phacharakrit Wichitwarakul whose nickame is "Kit." He unfolded the stories so that we could understand and experience very best during our Private Ayutthaya Day Tour - including how Kit took pictures of us with Instagramable settings!
