Due to its beauty and historical importance, Banteay Srei is a popular destination for tourists visiting the Angkor region. It is advisable to visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid crowds and enjoy the temple's serene atmosphere. The Roluos Group, also known as the Roluos Temples, is a collection of early Khmer temples located about 13 kilometers east of Siem Reap in Cambodia. These temples are some of the earliest permanent structures built by the Khmer Empire and mark the beginning of the classical period of Khmer architecture. The Roluos Group consists of three main temples: Bakong, Preah Ko, and Lolei.

Banteay Srei

After breakfast, we departure from your hotel to visit Banteay Srei. Banteay Srei is a 10th-century Cambodian temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Located in the Angkor region, approximately 25 kilometers northeast of the main group of temples at Angkor Wat, it is renowned for its intricate carvings and unique pink sandstone construction. Due to its beauty and historical importance, Banteay Srei is a popular destination for tourists visiting the Angkor region. Banteay Samre

Banteay Samré is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia, located 400 metres to the east of the East Baray. Built during the reign of Suryavarman II and Yasovarman II in the early 12th century, it is a Hindu temple in the Angkor Wat style.

    We visited Banteay Srei along with some temples in the Roluos Group. The temples were truly amazing and beautiful. Our guide, Mr. Somra, was brilliant and made the tour very enjoyable.
