National Palace Museum
With a collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese artifacts and artworks, National Palace Museum showcases 8,000 years of Chinese art history spanning multiple dynasties. Two of the most famous artworks on display are “the Jadeite Cabbage” and “the Meat-Shaped Stone”, which are the must-sees in National Palace Museum.
Presidential Office Building
Presidential Office Building is a neo-Renaissance building built in 1910s during Japanese colonization, previously served as the office of the Governor-General of Taiwan. Nowadays, the building operates as the seat of political power in Taiwan. With a long history and an iconic facade, it is also a symbolic landmark in Taipei City.

5.00Using Shoreexcursions.com was an easy process. Thanks to Lara who helped with all the questions. Vincent was an outstanding tour guide. One of the ladies in our party did not do well with lots of steps and Vincent tailored the touring with her needs in mind. He pointed out important sites, great way to get through the national museum, Chang Kai Sheik memorial, Taipei 101 and a beautiful temple. He is quite clever at shortcuts.
