5.00Javan was an exceptional tour guide and truly made our experience unforgettable. From the very beginning, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about St. Lucia. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every moment. He didn’t just take us to the usual spots—he took the time to explain the history, culture, and little details that made each place meaningful. Whether it was guiding us through the mud baths, making sure we had the best experience at the waterfall, or helping us navigate the day smoothly, he was attentive and thoughtful the entire time. Javan also had a great personality—friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. It felt less like a formal tour and more like exploring the island with a local friend who genuinely cared about our experience. His professionalism, kindness, and extra effort did not go unnoticed. If you have the chance to tour with Javan, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

5.00As a frequent cruise traveler, we prefer private tours vs booking through the cruise line. Javan our tour guide - driver with Strictly the Best Taxi, contacted me in advance to establish communication. Due to weather, we arrived to port 2-hrs late. Javan reassured me, he would accommodate our group with the best experience despite the time change. His tour ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, personalized, and stress-free. Javan was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. He offered great local recommendations and even adjusted the itinerary on the fly to avoid crowds and make the most of our time. We were able to spend more time at the places we loved and skip anything that didn’t interest us as much. If you’re considering a shore excursion, I highly recommend going private and asking for Javan as your tour guide - driver. It’s absolutely worth it for the flexibility, comfort, and overall experience. When we return to St. Lucia again, we would book this excursion or another itinerary using him without hesitation!

5.00The drive was bittersweet—for those prone to motion sickness it might not be the best choice. For the rest of us it was fabulous…our private driver was great and the ride was extremely comfortable. Mud baths are a must do—very cool! We enjoyed the day and would highly recommended it!

5.00What an incredible experience! From the moment we were picked up by Mr Young and his immaculate “transformer” van, we knew we were in fabulous hands. He took us to the best viewpoints, stopping along the way to sample some local special cuisines. We arrived at the mud baths and it was great—there were hardly any other people there, so we could really maximise our time in the baths. The kids (and us) thoroughly enjoyed it. We then went to the Toraille Waterfalls, and once again the timing was perfect so that we almost had the waterfall to ourselves. A fun and refreshing dip in the falls, and we were ready for lunch. Mr Young took us to a fantastic restaurant that overlooked the Pitons. Mr Young, aka Julian, made the whole experience super fun and engaging for all of us! He dropped handy tips along the way, and I highly recommend this tour. It was one of our absolute highlights while being on this magical island!

4.00Very fun. Crowded as are all excursions. Traveling to excursions is not for anyone that gets car sick easy. Up and down 4 mountain sides and extremely curvy. Mud bath was nice with hot springs. Waterfall much smaller that anticipated. Kenny was a great tour guide. Ask for him if you decide.

5.00We booked a private tour during one of our port days. It was such a lovely time with many first class touches. Kelly was so knowledgeable and we were able to see all the things with none of the usual hold ups or lines that happen with a group tour. Polished off with an authentic lunch and great memories.
