5.00We did both the 90 min Black Taxi tour of the Troubles in Belfast and the full day tour to the northern coast (Dunluce castle, Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Dark Hedges). Both guides were excellent. One was Catholic and one was Protestant which gave a nice perspective on the still bubbling political situation. The tour company was stellar in their communication. The vehicles and guides were excellent. You get so much more out of a private tour than the big bus ones. These guys known their way around and were able to avoid the crowds and work around the weather issues. Highly recommend!!!

5.00We had a black taxi ride with Mark on Friday this week and we was very Happy with the service we paid for and Mark our Driver for over 2 hours went in to depth on the ‘Troubles’ and was well worth the money we paid.. Highly recommended this company

5.00We took the mural tour with big Mark and were extremely pleased with his knowledge and neutral views. He explained the West Belfast’s past, the present and how it looks for the future. He answered our questions and let us jump out for photos whenever we asked. We highly recommend!

5.00We are from ireland but still did not understand the full complexity of The Troubles in Northern Ireland. The Tour gives you a real, in-depth knowledge of everything there is to know from the past, the present and thoughts about the future for full peace and religious integration. Very good and worth the time.

5.00I'm very interested in Northern Ireland's history and was super excited to do this tour - it didn't disappoint! Sean was knowledgable and so kind, and it was so cool to see the murals in person. The private experience was great. I highly recommend this tour if you're interested in history!

5.00Have a conversation with your tour guide. As expected, the tour was amazing but what made it most meaningful was the personal context, history provided by our guide, “Michael”. His sharing elevated our tour from the abstract to the real. The visit to the Irish Republican History Museum also depended the experience. Recommend if you want insight into the personal costs of EMPIRE.

5.00Local guide and lifelong Belfast Boy Jim O'Neil was spectacular. Simply put, the single most informative, natural, truth telling guide we have ever had on a tour. His persnal experience brings an authentic angle to the history of conflict in Northern Ireland unlike you will find anywhere. His blend of history, humor and personal interest is unmatched. Book this tour even if you are only in Belfast for a day, and be SURE to ask for Jim as your guide. The most memorable experience of our entire British Isles cruise.
