5.00What a fun and memorable experience for our family of three! We booked Barefoot Charters for a 3 hour cruise visiting Stingray City and Starfish Point, and a stop to snorkel in the coral reefs. Our guide, Justin, is a 7th generation Caymanian and was a fantastic tour guide. He educated us about the island history and animals we encountered. He swam with us in Stingray City and introduced us to the sting rays (they were friendly and curious!). He also took family photos of us with his GoPro, which made it much more relaxing to enjoy the moment and not worry about trying to get the perfect photo opp. We would highly recommend Barefoot Charters for a unique and personalized tour experience and will book them again for the bioluminescence tour during our next visit!

3.00We did private tour to Bioluminescent Bay with Justin. We had kids with us and Justin seemed very irritated by the kids. Would book with another company if you have kids.
Exceeded all expectations! Anyone looking to take a boat out should contact Justin!!

5.00Any family planning to do and excursion in the Caymans MUST reach out to Justin. We did Stingray City and Starfish Point with Justin and were hesitant to do snorkeling as we had our 5 year old son with us. Initially Justin offered to stay on the boat with our 5 year old to keep him company. However, during our outing, Justin set our little man up with a life jacket and our son took to it quickly. Justin then tossed out his life preserver that was attached to his boat so our son could have the life jacket and hold on to the life preserve while we all snorkeled around or son. We then booked Justin for the next night at the bioluminescence bay. Again, he exceeded expectations and accommodated all of us during our outing. I enjoy stargazing and he pointed out different constellations while we were coming back in. His knowledge of the island, his promptness picking us up from our resort, and most importantly, his care and attention shown to our children make Justin the only charter we will do business with when we return to this beautiful island!

5.00This was our second trip to Grand Cayman and I’m so glad we booked a private charter with Captain Justin. He was professional and prompt- picked us up at the Ritz Carlton at 6:30pm then drove us to The Yacht Club where we hopped on the boat as the sun was setting and cruised over to Rum Point/Bio Bay. We were the first boat to arrive but we could start to see the plankton as we were moving in the water. He provided skin suits to make sure we didn’t get stung by upside down jellyfish and showed us what they looked like. We hopped in the water with lifejackets because we were in the warm bay for an hour splashing around - marveling at the underwater light show everytime we moved. We also floated in the Bio Bay looking at the stars and had an incredibly memorable evening! I would highly recommend Justin and this private tour because you get quality time in the water away from all the big boats in the bay. Thank you Justin for an experience we won’t ever forget!
