Your private boat tour begins in Ċirkewwa, where you will meet your skipper before setting off on a scenic boat trip to Comino, Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, and hidden sea caves.
As we sail toward Comino Island, we pass Lantern Rock, a spot known for its colorful reef and marine life. We then explore Lovers’ Cave and cruise past Pigeon Rock Islet before stopping at Crystal Lagoon, a secluded swimming and snorkeling paradise with turquoise waters and underwater caves.
Next, we visit the Comino Caves, known for their stunning reflections and hidden chambers, before heading to Cominotto Islet. Our final stop is Blue Lagoon, where we anchor in the clearest waters, away from the crowds, for another relaxing swim or snorkel.

5.00I booked a private boat trip with iMalta Private Boat Trips for Saturday 20th Sep for 6 of us and honestly, it was one of the best experiences of our holiday in Malta! I originally found them via a Google search and contacted them through WhatsApp — Janet replied instantly. She was so attentive and helpful, giving me plenty of recommendations and sending over all the boat options with pictures so we could choose the perfect one. The booking process and deposit link were really easy and straightforward. We chose the Free Spirit boat, and a few days before the trip Janet confirmed everything again. On the day, the weather was a little windy, but the team were fantastic and contacted us with updates and alternative options. We decided to go ahead and I’m so glad we did! Our departure point was changed slightly due to the weather, but it was very smooth, and the Bolt taxi dropped us right by the boat. Our skipper, Ginger, was absolutely amazing. He called me straight away, welcomed us on board, and we set off before the crowds. While others were queuing for boats, we were already speeding straight to the Blue Lagoon. Ginger made sure we arrived early, which meant we enjoyed the lagoon before the masses arrived. He even explained how to pre-book so that we could get off the boat (you need a QR code to enter) and grab the famous pineapple drinks which made the whole experience seamless. Afterwards, he took us to explore other caves, shared lots of fascinating local information, and even brought us to a hidden beach inside a cave. This experience ended up being my Nan’s favourite part of the whole trip (we were celebrating her 80th birthday 🎉). Ginger was so accommodating, making sure everyone across three generations had something to enjoy. This was truly a must-do experience in Malta — amazing value for money, a personalised trip, and memories we’ll never forget. Huge thank you to Janet, Sam & Ginger for making it all so special. I will 100% be booking with them again on my next visit!

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Jonathan on his private boat tour in Malta. My sister had recommended him a few weeks earlier, and now I understand why! Jonathan is part of a small, family-run business and made our trip truly special. The snorkeling was beautiful, and he was a skilled and attentive skipper. Everything felt personal and relaxed, and we really enjoyed the day on the water. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private and memorable boat experience in Malta!

5.00I booked the trip as an extra surprise for my husbands birthday. It was perfect. We had our skipper Lucas who was very friendly and helpful and was also very knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. He explained everything as we went along and let us have as much or as little time swimming in the blue lagoon as we wanted. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend it. From time of booking until the day of our trip we were kept informed of proceedings very well.

5.00Lucas, our skipper, was professional and did an awesome job taking us on a private boat tour to some of the most beautiful lagoons and caves around Malta and Gozo. Not only was he on time, but he got us back on time and was patient with us while we swam. Would recommend.
