For parties 6 persons and smaller, the “Shady Grady” provides a solid, comfortable and well-equipped boat for reef and bottom fishing or combination days. Shady Grady is a 31’ Grady White Canyon 306 Model with a great stereo system, comfortable seating, bathroom, shaded seating. Powered by twin 250HP Yamaha, this extremely reliable boat can hop over to the islands or to the reef to make your day special.

Departure from the Marina at 8am. Outer reef fishing is perfect for our “Shady Grady” boat. The “Shady Grady” can accommodate 6 passengers plus her crew of two and offers a wonderful way to enjoy a day at sea for the whole family! For those new to fishing, this is a great way to experience the excitement of your first catch; the action is fast and frequent and almost every fish is a different species. Most are beautifully coloured and a wonderful first-hand experience for youngsters to encounter the wonders of nature. If you are fishing for dinner you won’t be disappointed; these waters teem with snapper, grouper, yellowtail, cero, and numerous other panfish. We will have some nice music, snacks, sodas, water, or light beer available as you desire. Upon our return to dock, the crew will clean and fillet your fish for you to bring back to your resort. Should your group require transportation we pick up at all resorts along the Grace Bay area and out with. Different charges apply based on area. Please contact us to ensure we can pick you up and pre-arrange times and locations.

5.00Blaze and Jeffrey were an excellent crew! We caught a Nassau grouper, a Kingfish, several Cero mackerel and a lot of yellowtail and lean snapper. It was a great trip. We highly recommend it!
Inspite of a few hick-ups a great trip.

5.00Overall the fishing was great. Unfortunately we blew a hydraulic line right when we got to our first fishing spot. The captain and first mate did a great job making the best of the situation. He had put us on a good spot and we caught fish during our time. Despite having to be towed part of the way back it was a great experience. In the end the Grand Slam took care of us due to the issues we had. They are a good outfit and I would recommend them.
Best fishing excursion in Anna Maria Island!

5.00My family had the best time with Captain Nick. He is clearly knowledgeable about the waters around Anna Maria. His communication was prompt and clear, and scheduling was so easy. He was so helpful and really made our fishing excursion a memorable experience. And we caught a ton of fish! We will only be using Captain Nick from now on as the overall experience was great.

5.00All days are beautiful in Turks and Caicos, but the day was even better aboard the Grand Slam Fishing Charters with Capt Jeffrey and Nico. After a seamless booking process, an easy pick up at the resort, and a super short drive to the marina, my three sons and wife were ready for an adventure. My wife and 8-year old get sea sick no matter what she does or takes, so we opted for a morning of reef fishing where the sea is usually a bit calmer. We had a blast. After a safety briefing, Capt. asked if there was anything we wanted to try to do or see (other than the obvious: catch dinner). My 10-year old quickly asked about sea turtles. Less than 5 minutes later, we were watching sea turtles swim and come up for air. A highlight of the morning with the full rainbow in the background. We caught some fun fish at each stop we made. Jeffrey and Nico made sure we always had bait on the hooks and lines in the water. They were great with the whole family making sure we enjoyed the entire morning. They did everything they could to make sure the kids were reeling in fish and were very patient and engaging with their non-stop chattering… proof the kids were having a good time and comfortable; their energy comes out through a gift for gab. It was clear they know their local waters and enjoy helping families have a great time. When we got back to the marina, the boys enjoyed watching the fish get filleted. Soon after it was a delicious lunch cooked up within hours of being caught. We’ve chartered fishing adventures in a few islands and in the states, but this was the first time we knew without a doubt, we must return! Deep sea next time… with a side of some conch hunting and fresh onboard ceviche conch salad from our catch, lobster diving, and snorkeling… basically, seems like: name it and they make it happen.

5.00AJ and Ross were awesome! My boys (age 13,11,9) and I had a great time and caught some beautiful fish. Would highly recommend!
