Our friendly staff will be waiting for you at the correct terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. To arrange your pick-up, we require your arrival flight details and the name of your destination hotel, as rates vary depending on location. Please identify the location of your hotel to select the correct zone. We monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Please note that all passengers must arrive at the same terminal and time to coordinate the service properly. The type of vehicle assigned depends on the number of passengers: Small groups will be transported in a VW Transporter or Toyota Hiace. Larger groups will travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via Viator to suggest a pick-up time for your return transfer to the airport.

5.00Great service. Excellent communication and easy to find the taxi. Much better than dealing with the hustle and bustle of the sales people at the airport. The driver was kind, a gentleman, offered us water and gave us good insight into some history and geography of Mexico. Highly recommend it!

4.00The roundtrip collection service went very smoothly both ways, we had different drivers for both trips. The first trip to our hotel was excellent with friendly driver who had our name clearly printed on a card at the airport however on the return trip the driver turned up 15 minutes early, the driver could have been anyone so there should be some kind of security/reassurance for us as to who was collecting (a code or something) the name on the van was not identifiable to us at all. The driver constantly checked his phone whilst driving back to the airport and seemed unimpressed with our tip of 10 dollars which we thought was reasonable as we had already paid nearly £200 pounds for the roundtrip alone (we also tipped for the first trip). We were unimpressed that there is a sign in the taxi asking for tips !!! see attached. Also when we got into the van for the return trip back to the airport the driver asked us if we wanted a coke or bottle of water which we did not take up the offer at the time as we were quite hydrated when we left the hotel however, when we arrived at the airport one and a half hours later we were thirsty and asked for just 1 bottle of water and the driver flatly refused with no explanation even though we asked why we couldn't have the water........ he just said no you cant have it now and i asked why not and he said no again and then just shrugged his shoulders and left us standing there (the 10 dollar tip was still given to him after this). For this reason we would not use this company again as there are plenty of others out there !!!

5.00The Cancun Elite driver showed up with a sign with my name at the exit of the airport. They were very communicative in sending updates via WhatsApp and the Viator App. The driver offered us water and/or soda upon entering the vehicle. Our drive to Playa del Carmen was smooth and entering the resort felt very secure and safe. I would utilized Cancun Elite again!
