Our friendly staff will be waiting for you at the correct terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. To arrange your pick-up, we require your arrival flight details and the name of your destination hotel, as rates vary depending on location. Please identify the location of your hotel to select the correct zone. We monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Please note that all passengers must arrive at the same terminal and time to coordinate the service properly. The type of vehicle assigned depends on the number of passengers: Small groups will be transported in a VW Transporter or Toyota Hiace. Larger groups will travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via Viator to suggest a pick-up time for your return transfer to the airport.

5.00Great experience. Nice, big, clean van with cold drinks and very very friendly and kind driver. Don’t forget that if you don’t see someone holding up your name once you exit the terminal you need to call the number on your reservation. Having a printout of your reservation helps :) overall very good experience!

5.00Our driver Alan was waiting for us at the AP in Cancun even though we were delayed significantly. He was friendly and accommodating, had cold drinks available, loaded and unloaded our luggage. Our return trip with Edgar went just as smooth with the same great service.
