Our friendly staff will be waiting for you at the correct terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. To arrange your pick-up, we require your arrival flight details and the name of your destination hotel, as rates vary depending on location. Please identify the location of your hotel to select the correct zone. We monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Please note that all passengers must arrive at the same terminal and time to coordinate the service properly. The type of vehicle assigned depends on the number of passengers: Small groups will be transported in a VW Transporter or Toyota Hiace. Larger groups will travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via Viator to suggest a pick-up time for your return transfer to the airport.

5.00Had such a great experience on pick up with Julio and also kind and wonderful pick up with Jorge. This place will pick you up exactly where the location is set and right on time. It happened that the traffic was terrible on the pick up which caused a super slight delay but Jorge did his best to be on time and was super accommodating the moment we got on the van. I have no complaints with this company at all and they would confirm everything with you VIA WhatsApp so you know all the details for your pick up. Would 100% recommend

2.00The vehicle was a very old van that had no cushions or cup holders. It looked nothing like the picture advertised. The WiFi in the vehicle never worked even through there was a code stating it worked taped on the window. The driver was friendly and did get us to our destination without any issues. If this is the vehicle that they are using there should be a picture of it instead of what’s listed on viator. This was a very special day but this was the worst looking vehicle at the airport and we had to get into. There was nothing elite about our transportation.

3.00We booked our transportation through Viator for our trip to Mexico and were really disappointed. After getting off the plane and stepping into the steaming hot weather, our van wasn’t ready or cool for us, which made the start of our trip uncomfortable. Once we got settled in Mexico, we realized there were much cheaper and more convenient options to get around. Looking back, we feel we were overcharged for the service we received. The whole experience didn’t feel worth the price, and we wouldn’t book transportation through Viator again.

5.00Everything went smoothly. Met our driver outside Margaritaville right outside the airport doors. He had a sign with my name to make it easy to find him. He messaged me on WhatsApp as well. He was friendly and professional and offered us bottles of water for the drive.
