3.00Unfortunately we were unable to dock due to high waves. The captain did his best but he could, it just wasn't safe. Not the vendors fault but apparently no refunds. Three stars because I guess the vendor showed up.

1.00How can I write a review on a trip that didn’t happen. Our ship couldn’t dock so tour couldn’t take place. I know not tour operators fault and I know that I can’t cancel but a goodwill gesture of at least half of cost refunded would have been nice

1.00We were unable to stop at the port and had no warning. No vessels were allowed to port due to 20 cargo containers overboard in the port. This operator refused to give a refund even though it was his city authority that didn’t allow us to stop.

3.00The cruise Port was closed due to an accident of other vessel and could not take the tour. Some kind of insurace should be offered on this type of issues. My entire payment was wasted AND either the tour operator nor me had any responsibility on the situation.
Hire a taxi for half the cost

3.00It was not a tour, just a driver! He did not even take us to all stops that were listed in the detail information. The tour was suppossed to be 4-5 hours, he asked if we were ready to be done after 3 hours! Disappointing for the cost.

5.00We booked a private van with Z-Prestige Tours SARL Casablanca from Jan 2, 2026 until Jan 11, 2026 for all Airport Transfers, Sightseeing in Marrakech for 5 Nights/6 Days, in Casablanca for 2 Nights/3 days and in Rabat for 2 Nights/3 days. The family of Four adults had excellent experience as the vehicle was upgraded to Luxury Category. Both Youssef and his father were extremely helpful and gracefully accommodating by stretching the tour time for comfort of the family! 5.00We booked a Luxury Van with Z-Prestige Tours SARL for tour of Morocco starting 02Jan and ending 11Jan 2026. The company has all new vehicles less than one year old and both Youssef and his father are highly professional with good knowledge of their country Morocco. The family was always briefed one day before on the following day's plan and the driver was always waiting before the pick-up time. The family used services of Z-Prestige Tours SARL for intra-city as well as inter-city travel, spending 4Nights/ 5 days in Marrakech, 2 Nights/3 days in Casblanca and 2 Nights/3 days in Rabat. We recommend all readers of our review to use the services of Youssef for a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable tour of Morocco!
