Upon booking, the traveler will inform us of their agenda. Be it to go out for the day on a shopping spree or go out to dine or whatever the case may be. The pick up location will be confirmed as well as the service that is required, thereafter the traveler will be drop off at their desired location or destination. If the service required is a waiting service, or transfer from one point to another with a reschedule to pick up and drop off at original point of pick up; then arrangements will be made with driver on day of travel.

Hyacinth James was our driver. He was so kind and the drive was the most pleasant experience being on St Lucia roads. I highly recommend asking for him by name.

Our tour guides Kerzel and Hayacinth were awesome. Both were informative and very pleasant to spend time with. We told them we would love to know about the history of St Lucia and they showed us historical sites and explained many cultural and historical events with us. Hayacinth is an exceptional driver and we were all very comfortable. These two make a perfect team sharing information about beautiful St Lucia. We will certainly be looking for them on our return trip:)

Our driver, Hyacinth, was very professional, safe, and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions on where we can shop and get a traditional St Lucian meal and had great communication while we were out and about. He also played some really nice reggae in the car! Kerzel wasn’t our driver, but a rep from the company and helped coordinate and communicate with us before, during, and after the tour. We would definitely use Mega’s Transfers and Tours again and would be delighted if we were assigned to Kerzel and Hyacinth again.
