First we are going to visit a cave cenote with a breathtaking underground river with pristine waters and impressive rock formations, then we will visit an open cenote that looks like a huge natural swimming pool surrounded by mangroves and full of fish. You can follow our recomendations or if you have done your own research we can go to any cenote that you prefer.

5.00BTM is the only way to tour! I have been on multiple tours with Leo and Jordie. The first time for a girls trip and the second time for a family trip. BTM guides were able to accommodate each group trips to exactly what we needed. When I was there with my friends they matched our vibe and made sure we had so much fun. The second visit was equally as fun, and Leo put so much consideration and care into making sure the kids (7 and 4 years old) had fun too! Leo was absolutely incredible with our kids and they just loved him! We all did! He is so personable and a joy to spend time with. He and all the guides are so knowledgeable about each area they take you too. We also experienced a special lunch with a Myan family and it was delicious! My boys are still talking about how good the food was that we ate during our tours! I have done the Chichén Itzá, Akumal, cenotes and the others in my group have done the Cobá and Punta Allen tours, all 10/10. I really don’t think you could go wrong with any tour, BTM guides will make sure you are taken care of and having a great time! Another amenity that made these tours so relaxing and care free was the transportation. BTM picked up/dropped off at your door. Jose, our driver, was great! We felt safe as he navigated busy/rough Mexican streets all while we got to enjoy the sites and nap between stops. Thank you, BTM!

5.00We had an amazing private tour with Josh. He was incredibly social and engaging, making the entire day fun and relaxed while we explored the cenotes. He made sure everything flowed smoothly and that we were always enjoying ourselves. Afterward, Josh took us to a fantastic local taco spot that was absolutely delicious and something we never would have found on our own. Josh was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and personable, and I would highly recommend booking a private tour with him.

5.00I loved this snorkeling experience! The cenote was beautiful! We got to go into the cave to the river. The water is clean and fresh. There are little fish and vegetation, along with limestone boulders. The whole place was lush and beautiful. And the best part was the tour guide Leo - smart, informative, safe and kind!

5.00Leo and Jordy were our guides through 3 cenotes, each different, and we had an amazing time. We learned so much about the geology and cultural importance of the cenotes. The transportation to and from the cenotes was great, the experience was top notch, and they took us to a very good Taquería after we had our fill of swimming. You will not regret booking with this company!

5.00Jordi was a fantastic tour guide. Picked us up in a timely manner, told us a bit of history while we were on the way, took us to three cenotes in total and gave us time at each one. We luckily are here on slow season so we basically had the cenotes to ourselves. At the end he showed us to a phenomenal taquiera and had the best tacos I’ve had. The charm of being shown around by a local. Definitely would recommend to do these tours and definitely ask for Jordi!!

5.00Leo was amazing from the beginning! Very knowledgeable and engaging with us. This tour definitely pushed comfort zones with several of us. He made sure we were all taken care of and accommodating for all of our needs. He was amazing! Great sense of humor and genuinely loves his job. I will definitely be booking with them for future tours!! By the way, the taco stand quesadillas were AMAZING!! I wish I could have fit another in. Leo, thank you for making our day!

5.00The absolute best tourism team in Tulum. This is second time we have used BTM and they keep raising the bar. Sergio was great prior to our tour organizing and confirming. Our guide Leo was an absolute gem and made sure he took plenty of pictures of us for memories. We can’t wait to come back and do another one.

5.00This trip was AMAZING! Our tour guide Josh was very knowledgeable and really gave us a great experience. We were picked up on time from our resort in a clean van. Our first stop was Coba. They have pedi cabs available but we decided to hop on bikes ourselves instead. There’s a lot of shade on the ride between ruins. You cannot climb them anymore but you can get pretty close. The cenotes were amazing - our infant began to giggle as soon as we made our way down the stairs. They had life jackets available but we brought our own for our baby and 7yo. We had the cenotes to ourselves which I wasn’t expecting. The solitude made it that much cooler! We finished the tour with a Mayan lunch that our son said was the best chicken he’s ever had. 100/10 would recommend. Must do tour when visiting Cancun.

5.00Our tour was cenotes in Tulum. Not only was it a private tour, but the tours were of private cenotes owned by Mayan descended families. Our guide Leo was extremely knowledgeable of local history. He took very good care of us during our excursion into two underground cenotes, one where we snorkeled and one where the best views were the caverns above us. It happened to be pouring rain that day, and it made no difference since we were already wet! I would book again with this company.
