Once you have met your chauffeur, please feel free to hand over any heavy luggage or trolley, and we will take care of it while escorting you to the vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle, you will be asked to reconfirm your drop-off address. You are also welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required.
