Every day, from (10:00am to 13pm, 14:30pm to 17:30pm, 18:00pm to 21:00pm), we will take you to our kitchen studio, located in Los Portales de Cayma, Pasaje Larilari i-3, where you will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with our most representative ingredients. Aperitif: Passion fruit Sour, Shake your own Pisco Sours and learn about the history behind our national cocktail. Appetizer: Causa Rellena Main dish: Ceviche with a modern twist; Sashimi style fish - Peruvian avocados, and sweet potato. Dessert: Mango and exotic fruits parfait, Have a taste of our best local fruits elegantly served as a parfait. Vegetarian Options: Fish would be replaced with “Sweet cucumber”, a local fruit. Meat would be replaced with mushroom

Exceptional. Mama Marisa is an incredible chef and was a wonderful teacher. Her daughter Marisa translated everything for us & made us feel so at home in their home. Such a great treat and my triplets daughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The Ceviche was delicious and The Pisco Sour was the best freshly made one i have ever had and we have been here many times to Peru. Thank you for a highly authentic experience!

An excellent experience. We were made to feel welcome in our hosts home. Merisa didn’t speak English but we had an interpreter who ate with us and joined in with the experience. We were impressed with Metisa’s attention to detail and she wouldn’t let us get away with anything but that wasn’t up to her standards. The meal we prepared included Ceviche, cold potato and chicken pie, a fresh fruit desert and pisco sour. We would definitely recommend this experience.

I booked a cooking class for my mother and I. Marisa sent a cab to pick us up from our AirBnB. The cab was a little late, but they called the cab company and figured it out. We went to Marisa's home and everything was already set up for us to start cooking. Marisa would demonstrate and we would follow along. Marisa doesn't speak much English but she provided a translator so we were able to learn a lot about the origins of the dish and how it is best made. They also told us they would send us each recipe by email so we didn't have to write anything down. We started with the potato dish which was delicious! Something I think I could definitely make at home often. We started on the ceviche but because of the way it needs to marinate with ingredients we also started on the pisco sour. Get ready for a quick one minute arm workout! Shake until you get foam and enjoy your fresh pisco sour! We then finished our ceviche dish and made the final touches with decorating and sat down to eat! Yum! Definitely worth your time if you love food! Thank you for your hospitality and for teaching us your secrets!
