Once you complete your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your private transfer. If you booked an airport pickup, our team will monitor your flight in real time to ensure the driver is waiting at the correct terminal and time. For hotel or Airbnb pickups, our driver will arrive at the address provided at the scheduled time. On the day of your transfer, your professional driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm arrival and guide you to the pickup location if needed. Look for a clean, modern Mercedes-Benz vehicle, clearly marked and driven by a bilingual driver. Your luggage will be safely loaded, and you will enjoy a smooth, private ride to the Port of Miami. Upon arrival, the driver will assist with unloading and guide you to the cruise terminal entrance.

5.00I booked transportation from Port of Miami to the Avis Rental at Miami Airport. Highly recommended. I used my WiFi onboard the ship the day before debarkation to check in and they made sure all details were correct. The day of I sent a text informing the driver where we’d be and he actually arrived early. He loaded up all of our luggage and we were out of the cruise port pretty quick. The Mercedes van was very nice and clean. The drive was smooth and the driver Rene was pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication is top notch and service was the best. Even though ride share is cheaper the experience with this company is worth the extra costs.
