Once you complete your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your private transfer. If you booked an airport pickup, our team will monitor your flight in real time to ensure the driver is waiting at the correct terminal and time. For hotel or Airbnb pickups, our driver will arrive at the address provided at the scheduled time. On the day of your transfer, your professional driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm arrival and guide you to the pickup location if needed. Look for a clean, modern Mercedes-Benz vehicle, clearly marked and driven by a bilingual driver. Your luggage will be safely loaded, and you will enjoy a smooth, private ride to the Port of Miami. Upon arrival, the driver will assist with unloading and guide you to the cruise terminal entrance.

3.00That you'd better be sure the company has your pick-up times. I emailed mine in weeks before we were to be picked up. They were trying to communicate with a computer at home while we were at the hotel in Miami. When I called to confirm they didn't have me scheduled at all... finally got the driver there 40 minutes late, then the traffic made the 15 minute drive an hour and 15 minutes. Driver was great, trip and drop off were fine. Just a huge communication problem.

5.00Absolutely rockstar service! Due to flight delays and cancellations, I booked last minute transport in an attempt to get some friends on their Honeymoon cruise. The driver was at the airport early, tracked their flight, maintained constant communication, and got them to the port with 10 minutes to spare! Could not ask for better service! Thank you guys so much for helping me get them on their Honeymoon cruise! We are all so grateful!!

5.00Excellent service. Communication was top notch. We needed to change our pick up time and they responded within a minute confirming our change. Every correspondence was professional and almost instant. Our ride was from an airport hotel to the cruise port. Our driver René was great. I would definitely use them again.

5.00Cruise port traffic is crazy in Miami. I’m so thankful that our travel agent set up a private shuttle to get us to the cruise terminal. We had 14 people and they were able to accommodate all of us and our luggage too. Traffic was worse than anything I had ever seen including Washington DC traffic or NYC. The driver was fantastic. Calm under pressure. Very nice and experienced so he knew the best way to get us there safely and on time.

5.00Best transportation service I have ever had! If I could give more than five stars I would! We had a large family cruise with 26 people and lots of luggage. The drivers were extremely accommodating and helpful making sure to take extra precautions with small children when getting in and out of the bus when there was traffic nearby. They kept in contact giving updates on arrival times and they always followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend MIA & FLL transportation to anyone. First class service at a very affordable price!! We booked transportation from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, and then from the port to the airport on the way home and got a package discount.
