Start with a scenic 1.5-hour drive to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels—an incredible underground network hand-dug by Vietnamese resistance fighters. Here, you’ll gain powerful insights into the ingenuity and resilience of the Viet Cong during wartime. For those seeking a hands-on adventure, you’ll have the chance to crawl through a section of the tunnels and even try firing an AK-47 or M16 at the on-site shooting range.
After this immersive experience, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for a relaxing lunch at a charming local restaurant.

Cu Chi Tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels are a network of underground tunnels located 55 miles northwest of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). They were carved out by hand and are believed to extend all the way to neighboring Cambodia. The tunnels were used by Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War and served as a base for Communist attacks against nearby areas. Today, Cu Chi Tunnels comprise a popular Saigon tourist destination that provides visitors with an evocative look at Vietnam War history. The tunnels are complex and layered tunnels consisting of connecting rooms, air vents, escape routes and booby traps.

We also visited many famous places in Hochimin, but I liked the War Museum the most because it gave me insightful perspectives on the war. We were pleased with the guide because he taught us a lot about war and history!

5.00This was my second time traveling to Vietnam. Still very happy with the service, everything was comfortable, the food was tasty, and our guide was fun, friendly and knowledgeable. The Cu Chi Tunnels gave me a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history and what people went through during the war. In Ho Chi Minh City, we still visited many historical sites and learned a lot. Overall, a great experience that made me appreciate the country even more.

5.00Typhoon Honey , was our guide for the day . We had the most amazing day, thank you . His English & knowledge excellent. He’s very passionate about history of Vietnam, something we are interested in. He was very friendly & fun to be with. We were collected from our hotel by car & dropped back early evening, having had a full day sightseeing. We saw everything on our list & hope to visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

5.00This was my second trip to Vietnam. The first time I joined the Mekong Delta tour with this company, and this time I chose the Cu Chi Tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City tour. Once again, I was really happy with the service — everything went smoothly, the meals were delicious, and our guide was both fun and very knowledgeable. Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels gave me a clearer picture of Vietnam’s history and the resilience of the people during the war. Exploring Ho Chi Minh City, I got to see important historical landmarks while also feeling the energy of a modern, fast-growing city. A wonderful experience that made me appreciate Vietnam even more.
