Meiji Jingu Shrine is one of Tokyo's most iconic and significant Shinto shrines, located in Harajuku. We'll walk together to the main building of Meiji Jingu Shrine while learning about the culture and history. We'll also learn about some Japanese traditional rituals.
Takeshita Street
Following the Meiji Jingu Shrine we will head to Harajuku, taking the famous & colorful Takeshita Street. Takeshita Street is a bustling and iconic shopping street located in the Harajuku district of Tokyo and tons of shopping & food opportunities. (Find rainbow cotton candy or poo ice cream)

My husband and i enjoyed every minute from the beautiful sights and famous landmarks to the small insights about the Japanese culture and customs, it truly was the perfect way to start our trip in Japan. 5.00The tour with Jérôme was very varied. First, single-layered and spiritual outline concerning Shinto. Afterwards we went to Takeshita Street and saw the extravagant. After that, continue through Harajuku to Cat Street and Shibuya with the Shibuya junction then Jerome showed us how to get to Shinjuku by ring train. Godzilla and beautiful yocho. A highly recommended tour..

5.00This has been a highlight of my trip. Jero is a very knowledgeable and gracious person who prides himself on service as well as creating a great experience. We covered a lot of territory during our tour. Not only did I learn about some hstory of Japan and about key landmarks, I also learned some interesting facts about local life and cultural norms. We visited some very unique spots that are a must see. Additionally, I was thankful that I never felt rushed. We even stopped for coffee. I highly recommend Jero.
