4.00At first we were concerned that this tour did not include a tour guide, but Leam met our expectations. He took us to many places which we wanted to see and to some that we would have never experienced that were absolutely stunning. He ended up being our personal private photographer taking so many great photos for us. Language barrier was somewhat of a challenge but we made it work.

5.00Our tour guide “Alec” picked us up on time in a nice clean suv with the AC blasting which felt so good because it was very hot and humid outside. He showed us the list of tour stops for our scheduled tour. There were several stops but we modified it because he were not interested in seeing more temples. We’d already seen several others. Alec was gracious enough to modify our tour and took us to 2 different stops to make up for the temples. Alec also was very helpful in taking pictures of us while at our stops. Overall a great tour and great driver.

5.00Excellent pre tour communication. (I was nervous about finding our guide especially as a cruise passenger with little time ashore available and the need to get on the first morning tender despite not being on the prioritized ship excursions. It all Worked out). Our guide Eddie, was waiting with a sign at the end of the pier. I had sent a wish list of places we wanted to see in advance, and he got right to the list. As White Lotus groupies we were showed the filming locations which I had requested, plus other places on our list. We even had time to add more attractions to the list. We saw it all! Totally the way to go. Didn’t run into any large cruise buses. It was great! Only issue was the language barrier but we muddled through. Don’t expect a tour guide. Just an attentive driver who keeps the A/C going while we were out and about. Highly recommend.

5.00Great, friendly service, in a spotless, air-conditioned vehicle. We discussed with our driver Kob, the places we wanted to see, and then he suggested some additional spots we might like to see in our timeframe. He wanted us to get great photos and offered to take photos for us as well. Very helpful and accommodating, safe driver and keen to chat and share info with us. We had a great day. Many fixed tours have stops we weren't interested in. Using a custom tour service was exactly what we wanted.

3.00But the driver doesn't do his job anymore. We were dropped off at the desired points, got 2-3 sentences explanation of which way to go and that was it. He was friendly, the car was well maintained and clean and at the end he showed us one more point he suggested to us, but very quickly urged us to leave again to drop us off on time. You can't complain about anything, but you can't mention anything particularly positive.
