• Unforgettable Nizwa Tour

  It was indeed a wonderful and breathtaking experience! From exploring the nizwa souq, we saw the culture and tradition of Omani people and seeing how nice and friendly they are. We manage also to find somethings to buy to take home with us. Aside from that we saw Nizwa Fort which tackles brief history of the Sultan who built it and how it was built. Then we get to go to Jebel Akdar where the landscapes where breathtaking and I find it amusing the people who managed to live there for long time and knowing the terrain was underwater before was truly astonishing! The height was magnificent and very nice cold weather. Overall our guide Khalid manage to help find the cheap items we need and brought us to the places we went with much comfort and ease. He treated us like his own family. Before I forgot we pass by the Old Village which shows how they build their houses from mud and palm tree leaves and trunk making it stronger when mix with hard rocks that stood the test of time. • More Than a Tour Guide — History, Safe Driving, Great Photos & Even Helped Us Get a Cheap Dishdasha! 😆

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing day visiting Nizwa Souq, Nizwa Fort, Jabal Al Akhdhar, and Birkat Al Mouz Old Village with Mr. Khalid AlRaqadi from Star Tours Oman. Mr. Khalid is truly more than a tour guide ! he’s a history book on wheels, a very safe and smooth driver, and most importantly… a great photographer 📸😆 (very important for happy wives!). He even helped bargain for us and managed to get a cheap dishdasha for men 👏. He explained Omani history in a clear, easy, and interesting way, never rushed us, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Driving through the mountains felt safe and relaxing, even on winding roads, and he knew all the best photo spots and angles. • Great day in Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar

  There are only good things to say about this private day tour. Starting off with the comfortable pick up from the hotel, our amazing guide Badar was there to greet us and provided all the necessary information not just about the day tour but even the history of Oman in general. We enjoyed a comfortable ride to Nizwa in a 4x4. Nizwa is a must visit when in Muscat. The Fort is an amazing place and the souq outside the fort is one of a kind. Then we headed to Jebel Akhdar and we had the time to go for a short walk and take some amazing photos. Nothing to complain. Amazing day!

  We had an amazing time in Oman with Yahya as our guide. He showed us Muscat, Jebel Akhdar, Wadi Shab, and took us to the beach and on some great hikes along the way. He’s a very skilled driver, especially on the mountain roads, and we always felt safe and relaxed. Yahya is super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really funny. He also knows many locals, which made the experience feel very authentic. His English is excellent, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Yahya to anyone visiting Oman!

  We had an incredible experience touring Oman with Yahya as our guide in Muscat. He took us through the stunning mountains, Jebel Akhdar, charming small towns, and Nizwa, making every stop both memorable and meaningful. Yahya is an excellent driver and navigated the mountain roads and local streets with complete confidence, which made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared fascinating history and insights about every place we visited, bringing Oman’s culture and heritage to life. What truly made the experience special was how familiar Yahya is with the locals in the towns we visited, it added a personal, authentic touch that you simply can’t get from a standard tour. On top of that, he was a joy to spend time with: friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and engaging throughout the trip. His English is excellent, making communication effortless.   Our trip to Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar was truly special, and having Fawzi as our guide made the experience even more enriching. From history to nature, the entire day was perfectly planned and stress-free. In Nizwa, Fawzi explained the history of the fort and the old souk in a very engaging way. He gave us enough time to explore, shop, and enjoy the local atmosphere without feeling rushed. His knowledge of Omani culture and traditions added great value to the visit. The drive up to Jebel Akhdar was breathtaking, and Fawzi ensured our comfort and safety throughout the journey. He stopped at scenic viewpoints, shared interesting facts about the region, and patiently answered all our questions. The cool climate, terraced farms, and stunning mountain views made it an unforgettable experience. We were traveling as a family, and Fawzi was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. He made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable, especially for our child. If you are planning to visit Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar, I highly recommend Fawzi. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about showing the beauty of Oman. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

  We were picked up by our tour guide for the day Said Al Kiyumi at the hotel, sharp at 8.30am, no delays and very punctual straight to our first destination. Along the way he explained a lot about Oman and he knows a lot and shared beautiful insights about Oman and Nizwa. He took us to Nizwa Souq, Nizwa Fort and brought us around and took his tour guide role seriously. We all love him as our tour guide! It was such a great experience! Thank you.

  The tour itself was nice, but Said made it perfect. Our tour guide, Said, was extremely helpful, kind & attentive throughout the entire journey. He is very knowledgeable & full of information & he was able to answer all of our questions very precisely. He shared many local stories & insights that you wouldn’t find online, & we learned a lot about the culture & history. Everything was very well organised & smoothly planned. He managed the time extremely well without ever rushing us. We felt very comfortable & safe throughout the tour. He truly made the whole experience stress-free & enjoyable.
