Sam made sure we were comfortable, explained everything clearly, and allowed us enough time to truly enjoy each location without feeling rushed. The trip was well organised, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. We appreciated Sam’s professionalism and warm attitude, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a stress-free and enjoyable day trip!

5.00It’s three hour drive, but it’s scenic and beautiful. It’s worth the drive. The weather this time of year is perfect. Our driver Sam was very polite and got us everywhere safe and on time. We will do it again.

5.00We had a seamless experience on this journey. We were pick up promptly at our Hotel. Mohammed was our driver and we could not have been happier with anyone else! He was professional, fun, safe driver and knew all the hot spots for photos! Excellent photographer also. It was a long day, but he knew how to pace this trip for us! So glad we made this trip to Hallstatt and Salzburg. He also pointed out some of the Sound of music places (this was not a tour of the Sound of music). All the Mozart sights! He went above and beyond. 10 stars all the way around!
Driver/Tour Guide always in a rush

1.00We particularly booked private tour so that we will have more flexibility in exploring the places especially that there are seniors in our tour. The tour guide however was in so much rush that he did not even explain some of the spots we’ve seen. He was so concerned that his parking ticket is already about to expire. We gve him a feedback even before getting to Hallstatt and he responded that the overall tour is only up to 12 hours max hence he was rushing. He didn’t bother to share the wifi until I inquired midway of the tour and didn’t also mention of the free bottled water. I had seen good reviews here about tour guide Sam and wished we had him as our tour guide instead. This is too pricey for a private tour and ironically has less flexibility compared to other smaller group European tours I’ve joined.

5.00Sam was amazing-on time, friendly and personally accommodated our needs and request. Excellent driver. Gave us very interesting information, but didn't talk more than we wanted. It was a long day trip-but very much worth it. Hallstatt-just wow! Out of a fairy tale-and Salzburg-charming and historical. We were able to even sleep a bit on trip back. Thank you Sam! You're very good at what you do-and we're grateful you were our guide for a once in a lifetime trip!
