Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Base is a well-known site for the cute pandas. This private day tour will let you take round-way bullet train from Xian to Chengdu to view these cute pandas. Time permits, you can select other attraction in Chengdu to visit as well from Kuai & Zhai Alleys, Wenshu Temple, or Qingyang Temple. Xian centrally located hotel pickup and drop off are included. Please note this is a very long day tour and no escorting guide on the train.

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)

At 6:30am, you will be picked up from your centrally located Xian hotel, then transferred to the station to catch 4-hour bullet train to Chengdu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the Panda Base where you will view the cute pandas eating, playing in the garden. After the quick lunch, time permitting you can select either of Kuai & Zhai Alleys, or Wenshu Temple, or Qingyang Temple etc. before catching the bullet train back to Xian. Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your Xian hotel where the tour concludes.

The complexity behind traveling to another country where you don't speak the language, have no clue on how to ride a train or get from point A to point B was shattered with excellence from the beginning. Lots of great communications before the tour and everyone was punctual and profession and set the expectations from the start. Milly was very nice in getting me through the "train situation" and built my confidence for a return trip. Bella was on the other side of the trip waiting for me and away we went. Bella did a great job setting expectations, maneuvering through the panda park, watching the clock and making sure we encountered all that was available with a large focus on the red panda's per my request. I do all my own itineraries, so I am versus in all the logistics and heavy lifting that we performed by the company and it was a flawless day of amazement. I cannot recommend this tour enough and Bella as you guide will double the experience!
