First, you will be welcomed at host home’s doorstep and take you upstairs to where they live. Starting by setting in the living room area, having Omani dates and coffee as the Omani traditions goes.

During this time, chatting will take place and get to meet the entire host families. After that, you will be taken to the terrace where the buffet is, and given brief of each dish, its origin and history and then of eating. While dining, chatting again about different topics including traveling, Oman, and share different experience. Then, having juices or teas and an Omani desert and finally before leaving, you will have frankincense burned to embalm you as Omani tradition goes when bidding guests goodbye and walk you down and goodbye and wish you pleasant stay in Oman.
