5.00Once I made the reservation for airport pickup, I was contacted through WhatsApp with instructions on where to meet. I kept the driver updated on flight delays and he was waiting for us when we arrived. Excellent customer service and extremely professional.

2.00Upon arrival at Doha airport on time, we immediately turned on our phone to find numerous texts from our driver asking if we had landed & where about we were at the airport. He wanted us to update him once we got to immigration & how many people were ahead of us; then once we had our luggage. He said he was waiting for us in the arrival hall at the info counter. Plenty of drivers were there but no one with our name on it. We phoned him, no answer. Next thing he appeared. He took one of our cases & charged off with us practically running after him. Only once did he turn back to make sure we were near him. The car ride to out hotel was ridiculous- at times he was 50km over the speed limit. Our transfer wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Therefore our return transfer has been booked through a different operator.

4.00A representative contacted us the day before to confirm our pick up and sent details and a photo of where to meet once we passed through immigration. We were told to look for our name on a sign, but instead received a phone call once we arrived at the Information Desk.
